Visa Dispute is worthless, motel would not give my
money back even after I gave 2 day prior notice.
they kept money, Visa wouldn't give me back my money claiming that I waited longer than 10 days, who can
get a letter from them and returned in 10 days?
Iv been with Visa for 15 years, worthless service.
That's theft, pure theft, Im 70 yo and need that money.
Will be cutting my card to bits and get American Express.

I stopped using my Visa to accrue miles. All the miles were going to my husband's account. He is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's disease. They want fifteen a mile to transfer the miles to my account. While a technician can hit a few keys and tranfer the miles in seconds. They prefer to not to have me as a customer.

probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am cutting up my VISA card and will never use VISA again.

I own a small B&B in Illinois. VISA for the month of July, 2012 assesed my merchant card processing company $2.00 for an unexplained purpose. I had no transactions in July and would like to know what this charge is for. I have phoned VISA and after 45 MINUTES trying to explain my question I finally gave up. The "fellow" (I'm being nice here) decided it was MY bank, not VISA that assessed this charge. I explained this was not possible but he was confident and said he would contact my bank. After a little while my bank called and wondered what was going on. As I exlained to the "fellow" they had nothing to do with this charge. NOW WHAT???????

VISA HAS GIVEN OUT MY NEW NUMBER TO A COMPANY THAT I HAVE CLOSED AN ACCOUNT. HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE, I NO LONGER HAVE A VISA CARD THRU MY BANK. I THOUGHT ALL INFO. AND NEW CARD NUMBERS WERE PRIVATE. FOR ALL THE WORRY AND TROUBLE THIS HAS COST ME,I BELIEVE VISA OWNS ME!
