This company is absolutely trash! The customer service told me in these words "I don't care!" and hung up on me!!!! They cursed at me using the word "hell" and they toy they sold me doesn't work properly ,it's a race track that doesn't damned connect all the way around!!! How simple are they that they mess up a race track, one of the most basic things in life is a circle and it doesn't even connect!!!

After several phone calls to your customer service I am left a very unhappy customer, I purchased a train set that only goes thru half the train and am told that is how this products works and if I want to purchase additional pieces at a cost to me it will make the train would properly. I spent 49.99 on this train that doesn't even work. Very poor customer service and satisfaction. I have dealt with fisher price customer service and they are amazing.

Phone makers need to get with the times. There is no reason why I should need a phone service to block unwanted calls from my phone. With todays technology I should be able to hit a button on the phone and get it done for myself, by myself and without paying some else to do it. If smart phones are really smart....why not. Sherry Burton P.S. If there's all ready one out there, who makes it and where can I get it?

Horrible customer service. I've been waiting to get my order for, forever. The website will not let you place a suite or apartment number. There also seems to be a problem with how the website accepts your information when it comes to your name and your actual business name if needed.

Don't buy online. Best to go to a store and pray it doesn't break since you cannot get through by phone and the meaning of a live person is foreign to the company. I am not calling overseas to bring this to their attention either.

I checked on line for a phone from VTech and found one that I would like to purchase--this being model # DS6511-3. I called the number,, on the vtech site to ask some questions about his phone and if i wanted to order this phone after i received the information i wanted.I was unclear as to the performances of thisphone and how many phones there would be. I was told by this gentleman that they do not carry this model phone. I then asked him if he could give me a phone number to call to find the information I wanted and order this phone if it wa what i wanted. He told me to hang on, which I di , for a long ling tome. I then got a dial tone which ment this gentleman hung up on me. I must say this is great customer relations tactics. Anyway i then called the other number on the site which is where I got a machine that told me to enter the model number of the phone i was inquiring abut. I did this and was told by this machine that the model nunber entered is incorrect and got disconnected. To me this means there is no model number as this one. Another great customer ralations policy. My question is why does this company advertise this model phone and when you call yu are told there is no such number or told they do not carry this model.? I also entered the model number at the site where it tells you in th upper right hand corner to enter a model number. This returned can not find this model number.

I ask--is this some kind of marketing that gets you to purchase a different phone at a much higher price.?

This does not say much for VTech as a reliable company. I am sure there are many more customers like me that are now wondering if VTech is the company to deal with.???

He told me to hang on which i did--for a long long time--then i got a dial tone which means he hung up on me-- I must say this is some way for a company to lose customers--I then called another number on the site which is 1800 595-9511 and I contacted a machine which told me to enter the model number of the phone, whuch I did. I was then told by this machine that there is no suck model number and disconnected.Another great customer relations policy. I am now thinking there is no such phone for this price and this may be some sort of sales pitch to have you order another phone at a much higher price.

I bought the Vtech innotab for my daughter for Christmas and when we opened it christmas day, it was missing the battery cover. I also emailed Vtech and sent pictures and they told me to take it back to the store. Well I shouldnt have to take it back because it was missing a valuable part. The part should have been in there and if anything, the company should send me the missing part. But that is ok. Your company seems to not care about quality or customer satisfaction therefore I will take the gift back as well as the additional $100.00 in games and return everything, get my money back, and I will not buy another product from this company.

I purchased a innotab 2 for my daughter and am missing the cd Rom, usb cable, the two styluses an the Manuel. Is like to get theses items. I've e mailed the innotab support n they seemed not to care. They told me to take it back to your. r us. It's hard to even get these from them beceuse they are hot sellers. I bought the last one from the shelf. This is not a toys r us problem either, this is a vtech product therefore you should have no issue to accommodate the missing items. If you still can't solve this problem, I'd appreciate a corporate number.
