I'd like someone to contact me about an issue I have with Wayfair . They are guilty of false advertising!! I placed an order for a shed that was on sale . I have proof of how much it said it was . Few days later I'm informed my order was cancelled due to a processing error on their part . So I call and ask why my order was canceled . I was then informed that an error in pricing on their part on the website . Which I feel is bs . So they don't have to honor the price I was lead to believe on the website . I call false advertising . I call them and they will form me that they say on their website they have the right to cancel any service they choose. If this is how you do business , it should be a crime !

I need some help returning some rugs. I have been dealing with Shaye at customer resolutions, sh has been no help at all. She sent me some labels for fedex to return the rugs. I told her I did not have a printer and was disabled so I could not get the labels printed. I finally had to send a copy of the email to a friend so I could finally get them printed. I have been calling Shaye now for three days leaving my number for a call back to set up a pick up from FedEx so I can send these rugs back. She has not once responded to my calls. I need to get these rugs back to your company. This has been a nightmare since I tried to order these rugs. The order was not right from the first delivery. They sent me the incorrect rug. Then canceled the one I wanted. Now I just want a refund and to return these rugs. My order number is 4215881239. Would someone please help me get this resolved. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you Lee Clinton

I won't order from this company. I bought a bed frame and it snapped in half. I only weigh 160. Queen size bed frame and the center of the rail just snapped. And of course warranty only 30 days. What a piece of crap they sell!

Wayfair is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. After spending countless dollars with them I get treated like absolute trash. Every single piece of furniture I have been bought for them has been absolutely worthless the items come damaged, they are missing pieces or parts. The items come dented scratched torn ripped etc. and then when you make a complaint and request a replacement you become the problem and your accusations is flagged. I'm so sick of this type of treatment from a business I spend my hard earned money with. THEY WILL NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS!!!!!

Placed order for dinning chairs 4/18 ot 4/28. Chairs delivered 4/20 and 4/21 three boxes 6 chars. I paid $699 per box again 3 boxed order with : chairs per box, On 6/34 the same chaurs go on sale for $549.99 3 days after they were delivered. I would like a credit yo my account for the difference in what I paid for the chairs. I call customer service to ask for credit they told me there was no one authorize to give me a price match credit or an any other credit for the difference. They also told me there was no where I could write a complaint. I would like a resolution to this concern by providing me a credit for the sale price versus the fill price I paid, and three days later the same chairs go on sale for $149 less per shipment??

I purchased the Sandridge Solid Wood Sled Coffee Table and Sandridge 54" Solid Wood Console Table and, although they look lovely, I just learned from a Pest Control Company they are infested with powder post beetles. I called customer service and received zero resolution. These items cost over $1,565.00 and the WAYFAIR will not do anything to rectify this unacceptable finding. I just moved into a brand-new home and was enjoying furnishing it until now!! I was a frequent shopper through Wayfair and their companies but NO longer!

Megan, the customer service representative I spoke to was exceptional but needed to check with a manager. His message was literally, "Tough luck." He didn't even have the decency to speak to me directly.

I recommend you shop for other sources for your household items since they cannot honor their customers or take care of defects with their purchases.

I ordered in October and PAID for a craft table took money in November. It arrived damaged and incomplete. Initially they wanted to send replacement parts, another delay. Then promised a new shipment due January 7. I finally cancelled December 27. I received an email to donate to Habitat for Humanity. No refund as of January 4. No supervisor to talk to (45 minute wait). Now it will be at least another week for a refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Extremely dissatisfied! Purchased a crib conversion kit recommended by Wayfair for my daughters crib model. Didn't open it within 30 days. Opened it today only to find the kit WAYFAIR recommended is the wrong kit. Now they are refusing to refund my purchase even though it's never been used. $169 will keep me from shopping with this company ever again!

I have been trying and trying to no avail to get 2 doors for a white TV stand that I ordered. The first ones that were sent out never reached me. I have called and replaced this order 3 times already. I just checked and they haven't even been ordered.
I ordered quite a lot of things. Most of them got here damaged or missing parts. I have not had any luck with your company.
Please help!!!

Was given option for fastest delivery of Monday 6/28. I got a notice that it will be delivered Tuesday 6/29. Perry M. Informed me that UPS is whom I should contact. Why would you give the option of a higher rate with a promised delivery, if you can't keep the promise? Where I come from we call that dishonesty. Thank you for your excellent service. This is my first experience with Wayfair and it will be my last. I intend on making everyone I know aware of this

I am a customer and wish to voice my concerns. It is sad that your company has decided to put it self into a political realm and cancel my pillow from your stores. I know there are 78 million people I am hoping they all cancel you for what you have done. You are a furniture store you should stay out of the political side of things. I am extremely disappointed with Wayfair in the way they handle their orders. My sister ordered me 2 nightstands on December 3 to be delivered by December 12... did not happen.... next deliveries promised on 12/22, 1/1/21 also did not occur... every time cs reps stated a variety of excuses: problem with trucking, company problems with warehouse, sold out but no there are still 36 left etc .... but nothing was resolved. There was no follow up unless I called to complain and then go thru all this again. My sister cancelled her order and I reordered the same nightstands as I was told do to rectify this problem. Well, needless to say the same thing happened to my order... was to have been delivered between 1/20-1/25... did not happen. Contacted cs Who stated he would contact warehouse about hold up and I would hear within 48 hours. Again,following the history.....no response, so I called again and again was told that there was no indication of a request to warehouse and to give another try to the warehouse.... today is the end of that time frame and as usual when I contacted your company no one was able to give me a satisfactory answer:::: How long should someone have to wait .??? So I cancelled the order.... For all my endurance in this exercise of dealing with this order I will receive a 10% coupon even though in the previous order was discounted 20% for my troubles... when questioned the cs responded that 10% is the only discount( first time buyer) that I can receive according to her supervisor:::: is this fair:

I called last Wednesday about an order placed that day. Later in the afternoon, I received a 10% discount on first order. They said I couldn't use it. Lite, it was just hours before hen order was placed. I said I would cancel the order and reorder. She said I could not as it was in process. They said it would be 3-4 days before a manager would contact me. Well, it's now been a week. Really?

I placed an order in the afternoon for furniture. Later in the afternoon, I received a 10% off for first time users in my mail. I immediately called and asked for the 10% to be applied. The customer service rep said the order has already been placed and is in process and I cannot cancel the order nor can she apply the 10%. I told her I would send it back immediately and it would cost Wayfair more than the 10% that I am asking for. I know there is someone there that can make a mere 10% happen for a first time user. Otherwise this is terrible customer service on behalf of a conglomerate. I even sent a picture of the mailer I received today.

I have to return a table and a bench because they are the wrong size. I started calling the customer service 2 weeks ago. I spoke to 7 different people and still for some reason, nobody can set up a time to pick up the items. Last week (Tuesday) I spoke with Chastity who told me that somebody will call me last Friday. I waited all morning but nobody called so I called customer service again. I spoke with Kayla who transfered the call to Stephanie ( bulk pick up ). Stephanie told me that somebody will call me today. Again, I waited for the call but the same thing happened. Nobody called me about the pick up of these items that i need to return. I called customer service again to inquire and the lady i spoke with told me that i have to wait till Friday for the call. Really? How many Fridays do I have to wait for a table and a bench to get pick up? This is really frustrating and unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and I even told my family and friends to order from you because your products are of good quality. But now this. Wayfair really let me down. I made several calls about this issue and each time I had to wait 20-25 minutes to talk with somebody from customer service. I have been patient and I have been cooperative but today I am really upset. The last person I spoke with did not even know when somebody from bulk pick up will be able to call me to set up a date.

Due to the fact that you have bowed to pressure from radical protesters and using politics where it does belong, I will no longer be purchasing anything from your company. I am not a Trump fan, but also don't like the way the protesters are taking our country and don't feel we should give in to any political group. I also feel obligated to pass on this information to friends on facebook, etc.
