Anonomys Wendy's in berlingturnpike in hartford CT they have no care for the workers dining room cold as an ice cube costumers are complaining and workers are getting sick constantly then they get upset when employees are calling out cuz there sick and people working in there sick too no consideration at all this Wendy's need someone to go and check how cold that place is now .

I just left the Wendys by Fort Jackson South Carolina.
Yall might as well board that place up. I have never in my life seen such slow moving and lazy workers in my life.
The person taking the orders at the counter takes one order at a time then goes and stands and watches that order be made. once the order is made, he walks back and gives it to the customer then takes the next persons order. Everyone there is moving more slowly than I have ever seen a person move except those on heroin.
i walked out without ordering. it took eight minutes to serve two people in line ahead of me and I was sixth in line
So sad. I was a friend of Dave Thomas and he would not have ever imagined such an operation
The drive through line was out into the road and was not moving

Good afternoon, I would like to start by saying that I have been coming to Wendy's. 4039 Curtis Rd. Jacksonville Nc. I have witness insubordination from one of the Manager their name Lori. Lori consistently yells at her employees. No matter what position you are in, in order to receive respect, you have to give it. There is no respect given from Lori. I have witnessed this behavior for months at this Wendy's from this Manager. Lori makes it a hostile work environment for the employees there. I feel the employees may not report her due to not wanting to be retaliated against. I'm hoping that this is not how Wendy's company allow their employees to be treated by Management.

Andrwes texas store need better training, no one in line and as soon as I pulled up asked me to park on the side and they will bring my stuff out. Wasn't able to ask for condiments or even a chance to see if order was correct.

Dave would turn over in his grave if he were to hear how they treat customers. A mgr took my order in drive thru- when i got the food, it was wrong and missing an item. Looked at receipt and didnt get my order right to begin with. Told them over and over it was wrong. He literally argued with me and said 'There is nothing I can do' i asked for a mgr and he said he was. I told him then he could do something- make it right!!Still argued. I told him to just give me my money back and he can have the food. I gave food back ( kind of tossed the frostys in window) he THREW one back at me!!! I told him i was contacting corporate and wanted his name and he wouldnt give it to me. I will NEVER go back to a Wendys. Not that they care- but remember it takes 10 new customers to make up for 1 lost one. Be careful or you will end up like Burger King- OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

To be honest I had such a bad experience I would like you to call me. This company is ridiculous.. I've worked in the service industry for 13 years . I have NEVER had a manager come out of the back door SCREAMING AT ME to leave. I had a pickup order... I've called, wrote, talked to the store. nothing .. I need to talk to someone from corporate PLEASE!

Charged 17.02 plus another 7.65. Ordered 1 Bacon Burger 10.99. Asked for a meal there wasnt any. Had to pay extra for fries and drink. 2nd order just for a double cheeseburger no meal deal wanted. Charged me for fries which i didnt ask for but refunded me $2.55 for order of fries. So how.is it I ended up paying 24.67 for the items i did order. It was a Wendys run by spanish or other who barely could understand or speak English. I will quit Wendys unless i get a refund due me.

Yesterday I got in the drive thru lane at this Wendy's; sat there for a long time before getting to the order speaker. I noticed the order menu board was set for breakfast menu. Waited at the speaker; nothing; it was turned off; I spoke into it; nothing; waited at the speaker about 5 minutes. Decided to drive up to the window after the 2 cars in front of me drive off from the window(a long time; ) another car behind me left . I got to the window. A teenage boy was there staring at the order computer and occasionally talking to someone near him. He never opened the window or spoke to me finally I waved to him; he looked at me, then talked to someone near him. A minute later he opened the window. I said I wanted to order and explained that the order speaker seemed to be broken . He said "you cannot order at the window". I asked him why not as the speaker seemed to be broken. He said his mouthpiece/headset was broken, which was not true as he had taken other orders before me. He said ok go ahead. I started to give him my order and he was staring at the screen not entering anything as someone was telling him not to do the order. He said"my manager told me you cannot place an order at the window and will have to get back in line and order" while there were about 10 cars behind me. I told him I would not get back in line and lose my place after already being in line for about 30 minutes, and I need to speak to the manager. He came back and said I cannot speak to the manager as she is working the grill and there are only 3 people here. I said I need to speak with her. Minutes later she came and repeated what was said above. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. "You cannot order at the window" "the speaker is broken " (not true). "You will have to get back in line" . No apologies for the delays, problems; no help at all; just rude and belligerent; lying and telling the young untrained teen to lie.
So it is obvious that he did not know how to take orders at the speaker and handle the cars at the window getting their food and paying, at the same time. So he turned his headset off/speaker off while handling the window. I saw several cars drive off. They couldn't even change the menu board for ordering. This manager is the worst I have ever encountered at a fast food place. If you cannot get workers and good managers I suggest you close and recoup. The inside is not open. This store has been struggling for a year. I suggest you close it! I will not be going to Wendy's again. This ordeal took me 45 minutes and I ended up having to leave because they closed the window and walked off. Horrible!

Customer service at your 254 Fountain West Blvd, Ocoee, Fl. 34761. I waited patiently in line for almost 40 minutes. That is from start to finish. The order taker was new, his first day. He wasn't trained at all and so I was very patient to this young 16-year-old. The second person was the one giving me my order. It was wrong when she handed it to me, half the order was missing. I patiently waited again for the other part of my order. The cook asked her again what my order was and she told her Asiago not lettuce medium with a diet coke. Double stack plain no cheese medium fry. The drink she handed me had been sitting the whole time while I was in line. It was watered down and the outside of the cup was dripping wet. I get the order home only to find everything cold, double-stack wasn't plain, it had everything on it. The Asiago didn't have cheese or bacon. I tried to call the store and no one answered. I only live 4 miles away so I went back to make a complaint and let them know that my order was wrong. The manager was talking to the cook and she cut him off and said to me I needed to give her my food or receipt. I never got a receipt and my husband had thrown away the uneaten food. She again was very nasty and rude. The manager was going to give me another order but the cook was so rude and nasty again I didn't feel it would be safe to eat something else from her. He never offered my money back only food. I did not take it. I will never go back to Wendy's again. I work too hard for my money to just throw it away like this. The store was understaffed I understand but we have way too many Wendy's in our area to just let that be their excuse. Consolidate your employees to one restaurant and give us the standards that you say you deliver. I certainly haven't experienced that lately especially at this store.

Yesterday morning I went to Wendy's in Vernon Ct for breakfast. I have been a huge fan of Wendy's. Don't know if I will ever go back. I placed my order paid for it and I got the wrong breakfast sandwich. I ordered bacon egg and cheese sandwich and got egg and cheese. I was halfway home when I looked in the bag to find a big disappointment. So I drive back there and there was still no one in line. Drove up to the window and was treated extremely rude by the window woman. Never got what I ordered so I said give me back my money. I had to wait for the manager who was this rude woman.she was nasty. I got my money back but no sandwich. I was very excited to get breakfast there as it was my first breakfast. So sad and very disappointed. And I will not be going back. I went to the drive ins at least once or twice a week. I'm done

I just was trying to order food for me and my boyfriend at a Wendy's on Emory road in Powell Tennessee right near the hospital and I had to say my order at least 10 times and I may be exaggerating a little but I'm not exaggerating when I say five each order and when I got up to the window he said I think she's still got it wrong because I ordered him a number seven and it said double stack on the computer well when we told her that she starts arguing with us that no we said double stack and he is in my passenger seat in the most non-confrontational person I know and he even tells her no we ordered a number seven and so then she proceeds to start yelling at me calling me names and comes running out of the drive-thru window this is at 11:30 at night mind you and she hits me twice before I lay a hand on her but then after that yes I freaking fall back to defend myself and then her boyfriend I guess who works there and some other guy came out and they grabbed her and had to drag her in the store because she was still trying to hit me and now she hit me in my head and somewhere else and I'm probably going to have to go to the hospital so I hope Wendy's is ready to deal with this and I hope she doesn't have a job tomorrow for sure!

For the restaurants down south- you have people working for you that have been there for 11 years walking back and forth to work everyday in all kinds of weather Even stayed all through the covid pandemic Getting cussed out from customers and being scared of getting the virus but had to keep their job. Never has been told they are Appreciate in any way. Hardly even a raise While other companies are giving thier employees good raises and even during the pandemic gave them xtra money. Now people being hired in makin the same or close to the same as someone that stayed faithful to your company gets treated like crap? Company is in Georgia
And they are losing employees all the time because of how the management treats them If this restaurant continues on this path I'm sure it's headed for a lawsuit Truly sad to treat long time employees that stayed to helped your company through a crisis like a dog

Wendy's in Clyde, Ohio definitely needs new management. Many of the night managers are lazy, use foul language, rude to the customers. This is entirely uncalled for. I used to enjoy taking my family to Wendy's but I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you.

Why do I have to pull up when there is no one behind me. I all can think is the are cheating the system. This make me beyond mad. Because that don't have all there stuff together in real time, they are trying to make it look like that have it together on the computer.

Stopped at the Wendy's location in Moundsville, WV at 12:30am (you are supposed to be open until 1am). I stopped the last 4 nights hoping for a good meal. I was so wrong. Night 1 the pub fries were cold. They were so cold in fact that the cheese wouldn't even melt and the fries were old. The bacon "pieces" were in fact 2 full strips of bacon. Follow your menu recipes. The next 2 nights I get there, the lights are on yet they won't answer the speaker at the drive thru. Yes I was there by 12:30 these 2 nights as well. Last night AGAIN cold fries and cheese not melting. I was asked to pull up and wait when no one else was even in line. After waiting for 10 minutes on my cold food and they didn't even bring my drink out. WTH is wrong with you guys. Get it together.

Wow unbelievably bad!ordered a double with no cheese or tomato. I didn't mention I wanted it hot,"My bad"thought it was in implied. This has been a recurring problem,not just this one in the last 6 months in three different states I've been very disappointed with wendy's. You're lost me as a customer. Went to drive-thru for breakfast at 77 Eddie Dowling Highway, N Smithfield, RI and was asked to wait. After 5 minutes said to wait longer. after 10 minutes said they were still having a problem so I asked if I should go in and if the side door was opened. Was told doors open at 7:00. I wanted to confirm the side door at drive-thru was opened (due to COVID)because sometimes not all entrances are opened and I asked if registers were working inside. The Manager very rude again said "Ma'am I told you doors opened at 7:00 and didn't say the registers weren't working". I tried to say I had no idea why drive-thru wasn't working and assumed it was the registers but she was extremely rude about me trying to ask a question so I did drive off and swore. I did not swear until I drove off because I don't appreciate being talked down to. It's not like I have a crystal ball and could tell what was wrong with drive-thru. This is supposed to be a manager. Have been going there for years at least 2 or 3 times a week usually for lunches & supper for grandkids and something is always wrong with my order. ALWAYS. I don't expect to be talked down to. PLEASE SPEAK TO THIS WENDY'S ABOUT SCREWING UP ORDERS CONSTANTLY AND HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT EVEN IF THEY ARE UPSET. I doubt I'll go back anymore.

Hi Wendy,s! I Think you have the Very Best Food. For fast food restaurants. But having a lot of problems every time morning or night every day of the week at Wendy's on I-90 and Route 534. There is something really wrong there. Food is always hold dry the last burger and elastic and touches I had I thought were leather. My girlfriend and I keep trying but it just doesn't get any better I need to stop wasting my Social Security on bad food. I wish they were like all the other windy. If you can change them let me know when you stop wasting my money

I attempted to call and make a complaint while at the store located on Billy Graham, Charlotte NC. We had an issue while trying to order at the drive thru window with an unprofessional and more than ignorant male by the name of Quan. When asked his
name he said "Rick James". We requested that he call the police after he asked my car to leave the line. While waiting Quan came outside the store and grabbed his crotch. I truly expected better customer service from a restaurant let alone a so called "Manager". For goodness sake he was yelling gang slang representing the "Cryps" instead of defusing a customer service issue. I drove out my way to come here for this trash..what a horrible experience from Wendy's. People like Quan is why we see such senseless crime on the daily news. Wendy's should consider providing customer service training to all employees including Managers in the whole Charlotte area. ????

The Wendy's in Park City Kansas is awful. Make sure you check your food before you leave cause most likely something is going to be wrong. I keep saying I'm not going back but now that I've seen them without gloves and masks I definitely will not return.

Just ate at your store in North Platte Wyoming. Yesterday's dry pretzel burger. Southwest salad full size served as a plain lettuce side salad. I traded mine in for the salad I ordered. My husband suffered in silence. We love Wendys. Our first bD experience

Ate at your Uniontown Pa store and the sign at the counter is illegal, you cannot discriminate against someone with a health condition but making them go thru the drive thru and it is illegal to ask their condition. I am disappointed in you.

I spent a long time in a long line to order your 4 for 4 crispy chicken sandwichs. When I went to order they said they were out of that product. I order from the Jackson Oh location 2 to 3 times a week. Your company or location managers need to be on the same page regarding supply and demand. Don't advertise if you can't deliver.

Horrible experience at Wendy's in Zachary Louisiana. Waiting on my food
And the plexiglass fell my car scratched it. Manager came out inspected the scratch and admitted there fault and told me she would escalate the situation. Never heard anything back Horrible customer service now let my car hit their business and they would have sued my insurance. Don't support this company. Bad food bad customer service!!

I have had this same issue with this store more than 4 times. The Wendy's at 551 Donelson Pike has the worst service. I asked not to have certain things on my burger and everything I asked not to be on my burger was on it, cheese, mayo, ketchup. Spoke to the manager and he did not seem too concerned. I know it hard to find good help these days when people can sit at home and get paid for losing their jobs or being laid off. I get it. However customer service is still a real thing. I don't encourage people to eat at this location because they don't do quality check on your food and the employees are smoking right as they enter the door and the next thing you see is them at the window handling your food. No gloves. Did they was their hands? Now I'm here with money lost and food wasted.

East 5th Avenue Anchorage Alaska there are lines going out to the street and I mean literally the food here is wonderful but the employees don't believe in customers first they sit outside when it's busy and they have a block party smoking cigarettes while we all wait this is the second time

I have to say I am really upset and disappointed. Since when is it ok for kids to be working in the back around food to be given to costumers playing around spitting out food? And filming it? This happened in pataskala Ohio. I had already complained about the one in Johnstown for no gloves and masks. Sad thing is I thought of all the fast food Wendy's would be the safest to eat. Guess not. I know for sure the one in pataskala the manager has had complaints before. Nothing done

I realize due to the virus things are changed. But I don't drive and walked a mile and a half one way to order through the drive through and was told I'm not allowed to do that. I don't find that very friendly. Not everyone is lucky enough to own a car to get places. I think there should be an overall announcement that we without 4 wheels are just as equal as those with. The BK is in Souderton, but the town isn't listed to choose from. So I put in Telford since that's the closest. I realize due to the virus things are changed. But i don't drive and walked a mile and a half one way to order and was told the inside is closed to place an order and I wasn't allowed to use the drive through to place it. Just left Wendy's drive thru in Hartsville SC..the emoyess gave us the wrong food so we told them they said that's not what we said and juut very rude then a wan came to the window and told us we couldn't get our food to go in the morning and speak to the manager I told her no we wanted out order she did refund our card but yelled called me a bit#h locked the window and kept talking rude and cussing at us

Just experienced the rudest service I've ever come across at the Wendy's location at 3801 Gravois Rd St. Louis. Jan. 21st 2020 6:25 p.m. a woman with long blue fingernails.I was so nice to her too. Told her I loved her nails. But she wouldn't look at me not even to take my debit card. Or hand me my drink, or my food, or to hand me my card back (no receipt) and seemed to have some inside joke with the male employee with the long dreds next to her. I was in such a good mood 20 minutes ago. Now I hate Wendy's. And I always loved Wendy's. Sigh. Rude!

I'm writing concerning your store on Hwy. 25, Covington, La. There needs to be an unannounced inspection of this store. You have employees there with very big hair, who should be wearing a net. You have counters that are very unclean and employees who do not check catsup containers.

Yesterday, Sunday July 10, 2016, my wife and I visited your Wendy's Restaurant #7962 at 555 Hialeah Drive, Hialeah, FL 33022. It was approximately 7:20pm when we walked up to the 2 cash registers they have. We initially only saw 2 employees, one girl was at the drive-through window and the other was inside preparing food. We stood in front of the cash registers for about 10 minutes before a young girl finally came out to take our order. She had been called out twice by the girl tending the drive-through. She would yell out her name toward the back of the store. I don't remember the name they called out but it sounded like one of those strange made-up first names that new generation Cubans name their children. The young (maybe 18 years old) girl finally came out with this face and demeanor as if she did not feel like working nor taking our order. I could hardly hear what she was telling us because she was so lethargic, but she did not speak English well. We finally placed our order, and when my wife asked for some napkins because there weren't any where they should be, the drive-through girl went to the drive-through area and took about 4 napkins to hand to us, telling us that it was all the napkins they had remaining. This is not the way to treat customers. A person like that should not be dealing with the public. She was about 18 years old, had somewhat short brown hair, tan color skin and dark eyes. She looked somewhat white, but was probably mulato. Like I said, I do not remember her name, but I am sure you know who was working there on that day and at the cash register. I have to assume that the Wendy's store standards also apply in places with a lot of 3rd World types, because we are still in the USA. Watch the security video and see for yourselves.

Hi, I just visited one of the Wendys locations 460 E Swedesford Rd, Wayne PA 19087. on 12/31/14 @ 6pm and i was very upset when the cashier took my money and handed me my change and then proceeded to touch my nuggets and fries without washing his hands,this is very unsanitary and not to mention I AM 6 MONTHS pregnant and i could have became very ill. Not to mention the order he tried giving me was cold and its not like they were busy so i expected a little fresher food! very disgusted by this and i will never return to this location again.

I Liked Wendy's Hamburgers But Things Have Changed. The Price Of A Double Without Cheese Is Just Under $5.00 And The Meat Sits In A Pan Pending The Order. Most Fast Food List Cheeseburgers And You Have To Specify No Cheese But The Price Is The Same. I Can Not Eat Cheese Based On Doctor's Orders. 50% Of The Time, The Hamburger Has Cheese And Can Not Be Removed So, You Travel Back To The Location Or Feed It To The Dog. We Now Go To Steak And Shake. Our Meal Is Prepared Fresh And For Less Than $5.00, I Get A Double With Mushrooms And Fries For Under $5.00. Addionally, I Only Speak English Which Is A Problem.
