I brought a Westinghouse Electric water heater last May 2019, it caught on fire October 1, 2020 I contacted Westinghouse customer service they had me take pictures and email the pictures, after doing this they said that they can start a claim which they want it receipt more pictures and the plumber that put the water heater in. I just got this water heater today and I have been without hot water since 1 October. Customer service is terrible. I think that they should have gave me a store credit since I bought it at Home Depot to purchase a hot water heater there instead they sent it on a freight truck that took almost 2 weeks to get here. I will never buy a hot water heater or anything else from Westinghouse terrible customer service.

Here is my experience as brief as I can make it. Bought a 58" Roku ready tv via Best Buy on line. Hired an electrician to mount it 8' off the ground. (I am a 67y/o with a broken back) After mounting it we discovered the remote was not in the box. Electrician suggested I contact Best Best Buy. Reasonable. Best Buy suggested I contact westinghouse. Reasonable. Customer service first question was model number and serial number. Did I mention that the tv is now 8' off the ground? All I want is a remote. After 4 attempts ( the c/s rep rep suggested I have a friend come by and take my tv down to get the numbers. Hey, it's just a remote. I'll buy one. I can't watch my tv and no one is helping.

I hope I get points for the lack of profanity.

I purchased a 4G Big Screen Westinghouse TV that showed sign of problems about 3 months later. Customer service had me do the same thing several times that did not work. Then weeks later they sent me a new remote...that did not solve the problem either. Now they want me to pay to have the defective TV sent back to them. Then they informed me it could take weeks for them to send me another TV or a refund. After reading the reviews it doesn't look like I will get either. Their customer service people can only repeat the same thing over and over again like a script that can't say anything else. I am feed up and I hope these complaints goes viral on social media as a warning to others not to purchase Westinghouse products for many reasons.

HAVING TROUBLE getting your tv fixed under warranty? hello my name is george ,i also have been in the same incompetent and possible fraudulent practices that westinghouse is pulling on hundreds of consumers! but i have found an attorney that hates this kind of stuff. he assures me that their is a good case here for torts lawyers who love to crush companies that treat the consumer in such manner!!! were talking a class action suite that will cost Westinghouse many thousands of dollars and not cost us anything!!! possible to get a large sum of money in the suite! if your having trouble like me then write to Franklin Greenman attorney at law / care of george hickcox P0 box 501614 marathon florida 33050 - explain the situation and include info on how you can be reached ph # if possible! were going to put a stop to this unethical and possible fraudulent practices!!!! I think I can even top all of those complaints. My TV had a panel issue about 8 months after purchase. After I sent it in, they notified me, that the TV was damaged in shipping, so I put in a claim with UPS. Long story short, after several months UPS finally got a hold of the TV for inspection and lo and behold NO DAMAGE! UPS sent me a picture of what clearly was my TV and it did not have a cracked screen at all. Westinghouse is running a scam, UPS told me they are familiar with them doing this. Now my property is back in the hands of Westinghouse and they will neither repair, replace nor return it. I even wrote to the CEO, with no response. I really do think they deserve a class action law suit

This Company " WESTINGHOUSE" deserves a CLASS ACTION law suit!!! This is ridiculous, I bought a 55" 4 months ago and it just started smoking while OFF! Now I can't seem to get another TV and I have to ship it in at my cost in order to get my Refund! A gid knows his long that process is going to take. People Stay Away From Westinghouse Products!!!!!!!!!!

We live full time last 2.5 yrs in an RV traveling the US and Canada, we both are not physically able to do much lifting. Grandson replaced the old large box TV set with the 32 in. Westinghouse LCD TV we bought in Costco on 9/06/2012 with additional 3 yr extended warranty.
1.5 yrs later, April 12, 2014 TV sound went out. Checked everything and called Costco Concierge Service for solution. Told to call Westinghouse, as we could not pick up new set at Costco, had to send defective set back. Have it mailed to us (not possible as we move frequently). After several phone calls to Costco and Westinghouse on both stores procedures we were told we would have to mail set back and they would send new one.(NOT)
We received the e-mailed FEDEX document to return set.
We did not want to be without a TV for a couple of weeks (NOT) and went out and bought a new TV from another store besides Costco and not a Westinghouse! We instructed Westinghouse to mail new set to our son who has a house address instead of a mailing service. We are now in Washington on our way to Canada and Alaska.
Cost us over $400 for a new set and lots of trouble reinstalling a TV.
Checked tracking order on set mailed back using box from new set in FedEx mail center in Ogden, UT. Set mailed April 17th and arrived on April 22, 2014.
Waited for the email that said they had mailed the new set out to my son's address in CA, NOTHING.
Called Westinghouse call center to talk to service person about why they had not mailed set, was told they had to send sales slip over to the warehouse for it to be done. This was the Friday before Easter Sunday, three days after they had received the returned set.
Asked when the set would be mailed was told maybe next week or in two weeks. Asked to talk to manager.
Talked to Vidal who said the set would be mailed next week by Wed or so due to the holiday. He gave me his name and phone number and said he would email me when the set went out.
Waited for email the following week, NOTHING.
Called back the following Friday, May 2 (one week)to talk to Vidal and a young woman who could hardly speak English told me that Vidal no longer worked there and that she worked for the new call center as Westinghouse had fired the old center where Vidal worked and the computers could not download all the customers files and they were having a hard time getting the information and that it might take a few days before she could answer my questions. This information was repeated 8 to 10 different ways and when I asked her to stop giving me excuses and when could I expect to receive my TV and to speak to a manager was hung up on!!
Called back and got a young man named Cory who was very cordial and earnestly tried to see if he could solve the problem....Strangely enough he told me that the TV I had returned was on back order found it could be several more weeks to two months before a replacement set was sent. I could not believe my ears. NO ONE, not one person had told me this prior to this time.
I told him, in that case in order to fulfill their customer service and act promptly on their warranty asked for him to immediately send out another TV of like size or larger of a different model. He said they had a backlog of people waiting for TV's and would see if he could expedite my case. I asked him for the Corporate Office phone number which he gave me and also told me that sometimes he also works that office so might get him again. He said he would call me back on Monday or Tuesday the following week with his information.
I called the Corporate Office number and got Corey on the phone, AGAIN. He told me he could now elevate the problem since I had called the corporate number.
Monday and Tuesday I waited for a return call, NOTHING.
Wednesday afternoon, (May 7) at 4 pm, they state they close at 5:30 pm PST), I called and was told Corey was out of the office early that day and they would leave him a message to call me in the am. I asked the young lady to give me to another corporate agent and she said no one was available in the entire office that afternoon.
I received no call from Corey in the am (May 8) and called the Corporate office and was told they would connect me to Corey, who did not answer but a Ramon answered and told me Corey had just stepped out for a few minutes and could he help me. I proceeded to retell the above story to him who seemed like he did not have the intelligence to understand what a TV was and kept asking me if I had called the call center?? I asked if I could speak to his manager and he told me his manager's name was VIDAL!!! and gave me his phone number and email. To which I asked how did VIDAL go from being a call center manager that was fired and a new one hired to being the manager of Corporate Customer Services???
I asked him how many lies did they tell everyone, It appears that all the people that I had been speaking to over the past two and a half weeks were working out of the same office and just putting everyone off with more and more lies and wasn't there another Corporate Office where I could get an answer?? I had from time to time stated that I needed to go online and complain on the sites that would put them out on the social media as being liars and not to buy any more Westinghouse products as they did not honor their warranties or have ZERO customer service!!!
Since that occurred and I called VIDAL's phone number immediately I got an answering machine that said no one was answering at the moment and I should leave a message!! Then it cut off saying that the mail box is full and click!!!
I have relayed this above information three more times to the concierge at Costco and they have told me they could not get through on the phones as there is something wrong with the lines at Westinghouse, been put on hold and on and on and on.
I told the concierge's three levels of service employee at Costco that this makes Costco look very stupid and makes Westinghouse look like a company to stay far away from buying any products with the type of customer service they have been displaying.
I am supposed to receive another follow up call from the concierge at Costco on Monday to see if Westinghouse got back to me after a manager at Costco was told they would expedite this and as of today May 16 at 3:30 have received no word. I called back to Corporate Office of VIDAL and got the same answering machine with a message that the mail box is full!!!
Well now I am researching their headquarters with the office of the President and my friend who owns a company that produces large programmable message screens you can put in your car or store or REAR RV window is going to provide me one to program something to the effect that it will say (as we travel thousands of miles around the USA this spring and summer and fall and stop at several Costco's, WalMarts and other malls-----

DO NOT BUY ANY WESTINGHOUSE TV'S OR OTHER PRODUCTS FROM COSTCO OR ANY OTHER STORE AS THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY PROMISES!!!

I think that will get some very immediate observations!!
Fed up with poor customer service and having been involved in that business for several years am appalled at what these corporations think they can do to their customers who are buying their poor quality products and stonewalling them when the warranties are needed to honor the dollars spent to purchase their products and those who offer Westinghouse products need to stop carrying them if they are to be honest with their customers who buy the products in their stores!!

I have been round & ROUND w/ Tech Support with them NOT ABLE to HELP!!! Main Office is in PA which, I use to live & grand mother ALWAYS bought ALL their products, yet, with ALL the aggravation I'm STILL going through over 3 Months... I WILL Never, and do Mean NEVER buy another product w/ their Name on it. Have taken out an ad on FB & in the Main Paper here in Atlanta how they have just not Lived Up to THEIR Promise's!!!

I am highly not pleased with the product and customer service of Westinghouse. As a consumer, I expect to get want I paid for and /or the service required if anything goes wrong. I purchased a 60" LED from HEB in San Antonio, Texas in November of 2012, and already the TV is broke. After researching for possible issues, I found numerous comments about the same problem I'm having. I contacted the service department to get assistance, and I never received an email back as stated by the service center. I do not understand how this company is getting away with selling such an horrible product. This will be the last product from Westinghouse I will ever buy or recommend to anyone. I will continue my efforts on getting a replacement TV or a refund, since this is a common occurrence with the product.

I too purchased a 32" Westinghouse HD TV. It lasted less than a year. Problems with the front panel and remote. It took 4 weeks to get another TV and it was reburbished. Unacceptable!! I bought it at Costco and was lucky to have concierage service there. But Westinghouse customer service horrible!! Please tell everyone you know not to purchase Westinghouse electronics!! I am writing letters to Mr. Woo, Costco concierage service, Westinghouse customer service and the Better Business Bureau.

I left a message for Corporate Marketing to see if perhaps I could get some assistance there. Called main number and asked for Customer Service - told I had to leave a message because they could not contact customer service. I asked, "Don't they have a number?" She gave it to me. Called Customer Service and they said I would need Tech Support, but they couldn't transfer me - I'd have to leave a message. I asked if Tech Support had a phone number and was told they were very busy. I explained the reason for my call, but she would not put me through to wait in the queue. What is up with that? She said to leave a message and she'd have them call me, but I needed them NOW. My phone is tied up with business calls from 3:00-11:30PM EST and they'd have to leave a voicemail, but she said they could not leave a voicemail with the answer to my question - it would be more of a message stating that they would try to call again. EXCUSE ME???? I had no idea how POOR the SUPPORT SYSTEM was going to be - I had thought Westinghouse was a name to be trusted - guess I was wrong. Hopefully, Corporate Marketing may have an inkling as to who I can speak with and A PHONE NUMBER to get what I need done for my business, but I'm not holding my breath. It would be wiser to return this set and go with another brand. I'll give it a day to get a response - then this article goes into the Orlando Sentinel (freedom of the press my dears).

My TV lasted all of 2 months, then I started to get black dots on my screen which started to stretch over the next couple of weeks until now I have huge black streaks all over my screen. Here I am 4 months later with a TV that cant be viewed, their ship it back to us motto is a Joke! They should pay us for shipping, not force us to pay for a bad product under warranty. Plus read the disclaimer, they are not responsible for damage during shipping, they list just about every way possible to claim that after they get their TV they are not responsible because of how it was shipped. This company is a Joke! I was told by their customer service that they agree with me the company should pay for shipping out. But they sure wont do it because that's the policy! Beware this company is not reputable and even the best deal on their product isn't good enough.

I strongly advise anyone not to purchase a Westinghouse television. I purchased a 39 inch television and used it twice before I got a black, blue, green, gray and pink screen. I contacted Westinghouse's Customer Service department and have gotten nothing but poor service. Each time I call, I'm told by the individual answering the telephone that they can take a message and my call will be returned. To date, they have not returned any of my calls. I advised anyone wanting to purchase a tv from Westinghouse not too. I bought my tv in March and installed it about three weeks later, it worked for 2 weeks and the screen went black! I called 18007016080 and they have been giving me the run around. I send the information needed in order to get a replacement and since I gave the info needed haven't heard anything at all. I have been calling a few times a day and they tell me all they can do is take a message? REAllY I spend hundreds of dollars and have a warranty and nothing! It's been a month since I first contacted them!!! Stay away from WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCTS!!!!!!

I just bought a 46' tv. I brought it home set it up and there was a pink bloch on the screen. The paper that came with the tv said in big letters Stop!! Do not return back to the store if there is a problem with you tv. So I called customer service they created a case and then they said someone would call within 24 hours. No one called. So I called them they tell me to return it to the store so I waited 4 days for them to tell me to return it to the store. I am a single mom and had enough trouble bringing it home. Now I have to drive 20 miles to return the set and bing home another set. I will be going this weeken but I won't be bringing home a westinghouse. You better believe that was the last time I buy this brand. Oh and I have been waiting two days for a msnager to call back. The said someone would call me back after an hour. Banned from my house and anyone that will listen to me.

I Don't Know Where All These People Are Buying Their Westinghouse Televisions From,that Are Complaining But Back In 2006 I Purchase At 32 Inch Westinghouse Tv From Walt-mart, And It Is The Best Tv I Have Ever Purchased In My Life, And I Am 73 Years Old. Not Once Have I Ever Had Any Problems With It. All My Neighbors Are On Their 2 Or 3rd Televison, Which Is Not A Westernhouse, And They Are Always Telling Me That Their Next Tv Will Be A Westinghouse. My Tv Plays About 10 Hours Every Day For 7 Years, Now You Do The Math On How Long It Has Been Playing Without Any Problems...thank You Westinghouse, Ignore The Whining Customers, Your Tv's Are The Best. I cannot believe the amount of complaints concerning your product. I wish I wish I had researched prior to my purchase last year. I brought my TV in April of last year and I had purchased a 1 year warrantee. The TV just went out and I sent it back the middle of March 2013 and have been given the run around ever since. I asked for the corp information via email and the CEO name and have not gotten a response. I encourage everyone who reads to not purchase a Westinghouse product and for those who I have read these dreadful stories to get in contact with the BBB as they are my next stop.

I bought this 22" LD-2240 Westinghouse LED TV at Best Buy around mid January this year. I didn't get a chance to use it for few day and finally decided to unpack and use it last week. It only worked for one day. Next day when I tried to turn it on, it wouldn't turn on. On March, 21st I tried to call Westinghouse Customer support but no one responded to me after being on hold for about an hour. I finally hung up the phone in frustration. I called again next day (March 22nd) and someone answered the phone after half an hour of hold time and finally gave me a claim number and said I will be receiving a prepaid mailing label in my email to ship the TV back for repairs. It is 4 days now and haven't heard anything back. Email communication should not take that long. Tried to call them again today and am still on hold for the last 30 minutes and no one has answered the call yet. I think I made a mistake by thinking of giving your product a try. This is my last time I bought a Westinghouse product. I would recommend everyone to spend few more dollars and buy a n item from a manufacturer who would stand behind their name if something happens to it. Not like Westinghouse who doesn't care about their customers. I will file the same complaint with FTC and BBB also.

I bought a 40" led Westinghouse UW40T2BW 40-Inch 1080p 120HZ Slim LED HDTV only to find out that you cannot use a wallmount for this t.v. I ordered three different wall mounts and bought locally 3 others only to find out it doesn't work with the raised back and side ports on it are blocked with the mount. I have another t.v. from this company and had no issues with it. ld4080.

I got better service from Amazon than your company!!
Shame on you Westinghouse for your lack of service, stupid design on the back, and no help from your company!!!

In March 2012 I purchased a Westinghouse 46" LED TV Model #LD-4655VX. In February 2013 one of the speaker blew. I called Westinghouse since I was still under their warranty. The Customer Service Representative told me to pack up the TV and send it to them and they would replace the TV with a new one. It cost me $46.00 to send the TV only to find out later that they won't reimb. for the cost. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back about that. After about a week and a half they sent me a replacement TV. The TV they sent me was refurbished, the sound also didn't work and was only a 40" LED Slim Design TV that cost less than the TV that I sent them. I expect to receive a new TV either of equal value or more not less.

I too am very dissatified with Westinghouse Digital and plan on sending letters to all the name individual up top, President of Best Buy, State Attorney General Office, Consumer Protection, and Connecticut Better Business Bureau. If I don't hear back from any of those individual with a satifactory resolution then I too will go to facebook and twitter and tell consumer to never purchase a television and/or any other product sold by Westinghouse.

I will write my letters and await a response but meanwhile this was my main and biggest TV.

I wish I had checked the reviews and this site prior to purchasing my 50 inch TV. I haven't had the TV for 90 days and the sound won't work. I called Customer Service as directed by my warranty and I too haven't received a call back. I will give them another 24 hours per their telephone representative and then I will file a complaint with the State Attorney General, the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau. It's no wonder that consumers purchase electronics from foreign manufacturers, not only are their products superior, they also provide immediate customer service. From the looks of the complaints on this site, it appears to me that Westinghouse could do with an entire department of 24/7 technicians who can man their telephones to address the shoddy workmanship of their products. The leadership and executive management should be ashamed for not responding to their consumer base. I plan to advise anyone to avoid Westinghouse products....

Like the others below, I have 1 15 month old Westinghouse 40" TV which has died. Not a lot of use, but just shows the crap that they build. Can't get people to return calls either. I will NEVER buy anything with the Westinghouse name on it again.

well after the last time I posted here, was finally able to get someone to talk to me, after sitting on hold for an hour... they didn't even show my warrenty info in there system, the RMA number they said they didn't even have... yeah I made it up... NOT... the after I explained to them that I have the recept for the TV I sent to them signed by someone on there loading dock... they said they would send me a TV, and that I would get it in 7 days... ok that was 2 weeks ago...called today.. and actually did talk to someone and of course I got the usual, that the phones are busy in that department and that they would have someone call me back... yeah... I asked her if thats the same group that did not return my phone calls from before... all she could do is say that she was sorry and there was nothing she could do... and as usual, me the consumer, I'm suppose to let them do that... BBB will be hearing from me...

I purchased a 40" LCD 12/1/12 it keeps turning it self OFF I have contacted Westinghouse digital.com 3 seperate e-mails, and have made one phone call and still NO ONE has contacted me you advertise prompt customer service responce within 24 hours at this rate it has almost been 24 days, I will do my best to recommend NOT buying anything from Westinghouse, I was lead to believe this is an American Company and expected better service than I have gotten Shame On you!!!

To all the victims in the complaints below mine. I know exactly how you feel about Westinghouse. I too will NEVER buy another Westinghouse product, and I will be getting on every social and media sight to let others know. I bought a 42-in. LED TV on on Cyber Monday of 2011. The TV had problems where the volume would go up and down all by itself. Contacted Westinghouse and then sent the TV in for repair. I sent back in orginal container and packed the same. After months of calling, my TV finally returned in a plain brown box, not packed well, frame broken and the tv wouldn't work at all. Great repair job Westinghouse. Then, when I called to inform them, I get told they would send me a new tv. Call after call and months of trying to find out the status and getting told the warehouse was behind, I finally get told I would get a new tv. Months again go by. Then, a supervisor, Keisha, said I would be receiving a refurbished tv. Really...I sent you a new one that you proceeded to break more in your "so called repairing" and now you want to send me another repaired, crap tv? Then, she offered the usual 2 for 1...a 20-something inch and a 30-something inch. I proceeded to explain that if that was what I wanted, I would have bought that in the first place. Then, she stated she didn't even see where they were even in the process of making any 42-inch at the moment and would send me a "like-new" 46-inch tv. Months, again, go by. After repeated calling, I finally asked for my money back. Now this has been almost a year since I purchased my original tv. Keisha proceeded to tell me, after I faxed her my original receipt, that it would be sent to corporate and could take 3-4 months to process. REALLY? How long could it take to issue a check. That was back on Oct.25th 2012, and I still have not received the check, tv or any phone call. I even asked one time could they call and got told no. I even asked for a corporate number and was told they could not give me that! I finally called about 3-weeks ago, got a answering machine, left a message that I was very upset (and up until the last few conversations, I had always been patient and respectful)and someone had better call me back. NOTHING as of the present! THE ABSOLUTE WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER WITNESSED OR BEEN THROUGH!!! I advise everyone TO NEVER BUY ANOTHER WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCT and to do the same as I will do....get on facebook, twitter, etc. and let everyone know the same. It is not liable because it has all happened to many and all the truth!!! Better Business Bureau....here I come. Hope you go out of business Westinghouse!!!!!

I purchased a TV last year's christmas 2011. It didnt even last 1 year. Right before christmas, it would not turn on from the button on the TV or the remote. We contact customer service and returned the TV to Westinghouse for repair. Do you know what? They have had my TV since December 3rd 2012 (alittle over a month) and have not called me with a status! I have called their number over 20 times and no one has ever called me back and can't get someone to even look up my case number to tell me what the status is. I'm so upset that someone can't even acknowledge me! I loved my TV till this and will never buy a Westinghouse product because of this. I will tell everyone I know, Facebook and BBB, here I come! This is ridiculous

Kind of makes me long for overseas customer support... My TV has been in there service center for over a month... I call weekly to find out the status... all I get are promises they will call me back... every week... I think this should be twittered to everyone.. maybe if they loose all there business they will fix there problems... this is totally shameful... REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought TV and it has no power after only 4 months. I called customer service, all I get is they have high number of calls, no wonder. I finally got through - called at 6 am. He took a msg to have a CS rep call me. That was 7 days a ago. What happened to 24 hours service. I want to know where to take TV for repair. I must profess...I will NEVER (absolute here) buy a product from the again. If fact I am trying to reach corporate now to explain problem with their CS reps so they can fix the problem.

I purchased a TV last Christmas for my daughter. It quit working after 7 months and I sent it in for repair. I had to contact them to find out status. THey have had my TV since Nov 13th and I was told on 12/3 that I would have a replacement. I have heard nor seen anything from this company. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Will never buy another Westing house product if this is how they treat their customers.

I bought a 60" Westinghouse VR-6025Z TV in Oct, 2011. 11 Months later the top half of the screen started to flicker. I emailed customer service 3 times before the 1 year warranty ran out. I have never gotten a response. I checked out the issue on the internet. It happens to be a common problem between Westinghouse and Sharp. Westinghouse uses Sharp circuit panels. I have learned one very expensive lesson about flat panel TV's. Always but an extended warranty.

I bought a TV from Target, Westinghouse brand. Stopped working after a few months. Was sent a courtesy Return Label but I ended up having to pay $70 more for a tv box to send it back to Westinghouse warehouse in CA, where I live. I sent my tv back before Thanksgiving of 2012, it is now almost Christmas. I have had no luck with sedning emails, leaving voicemails, speaking wth customer service, they said they mailed me a replacement tv through FedEX, but they lied. They haven't sent my replacement, they wont return my messages, they aren't doing anything. Now I have no TV. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This letter is to inform you I will be making an offical complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Unfortunately the respect and response I recieved from your company has been the WORST I have ever experienced.
Since Sep 2012, the company has had my 46inch LED TV.
1/ YOUR EMPLOYEES NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED STATING THEY WERE GOING TO REPLACE OR FIX, I HAD TO CALL AND ASK AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS.
2/ 2ND CALL I MADE THEY STATED THAT THEY COULDNT REPAIR, BUT OFFERED A TWO FOR ONE DEAL. REALLY. ALL I WANTED WAS MY 46INCH TV
3/ I SPOKE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVERAL TIMES AFTER, WHICH I HOPE HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED. RAYNETTE WAS ONE AGENT AND PROMISED ME A 8INCH DIGITAL FRAME AND WOULD BE SENDING OUT THE WEEK NOV 26. WHICH I *NEVER* RECIEVED. 4/JOSH ALSO IN CUSTOMER SVC IN ONE INSTANT PROMISED MY TV TO BE DELIVERED 1ST WEEK IN DECEMBER. THAT IS ***3*** MONTHS AFTER YOU HAD MY TV, AND HAD BEEN PAID BY THE COMPANY I PURCHASED FROM. SO NOW YOU HAVE MY TV AND MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING.
4/ I CALL AGAIN TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED ON DEC 8, HOWEVER, NEVER LEFT FEDEX TO MY HOME. FEDX SAID THE TV WAS RETURNED.
5/ TODAY DEC 17, SPOKE WITH KORI, CSV, INDICATED RAYNETTE WOULD RETURN MY CALL BUT NEVER DID AND MR MOSS WOULD BE IN LATER THAT AFTERNOON AND FIND OUT HE WONT BE IN TOWN TILL WED DEC 19.

I did read all the other unsatisfied customers letters and I am sure many others that just cant send their letters out to you.

Mr Woo, how can you run a business like this and expect good results. I will be publizing this letter to other sources to get some results from your company.

I do hope for everyone involved, that this matter gets resolved.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCT AGAIN! I bought a TV which just stopped working after only 7 months, I shipped the TV back at MY COST for repair. It has now been TWO weeks, 10 phones calls, 3 emails and still cannot get someone to call me back! UNACCEPTABLE!!
