A few weeks ago, while I was playing Words with friends, a White Supremacist promotional ad popped up, It was fundamentally disturbing, professionally polished 5-6 framed bigoted, raciest misinformation and call to action. I have submitted my outrage on whatever Zynga communication site I could find, receiving pat responses regarding "filters" such that the logical conclusion is that this ad passed the filter as acceptable. Ariane A responded with "Thank you for updating us. Communication #66116737. I insist responsible action taken with integrity. I will persist until I receive evidence that this hate messaging is removed. I have photos of these affront to our principles as a democratic, socially respectful and responsible society.

I play Black Diamond Casino, I recently placed 1st in your Races to Riches but when it came to my reward nothing. I immediately brought this to the of customer service in Black Diamond Casio.
Absolutely horrible experience and honestly reminded why I stopped buying packages which can be verified in 2020/2019.
First I was told sorry but we can't find you ! What are you telling me you can't retrieve from your system? Then I was asked did I save a screen shot ? What it's a race that last a week? Truly unbelievable!

After 10+ Years On The App And Paid No-ad Version, The Last Four Months Have Been The Absolute Worse Experience Ever!!!! The Issues All Began After The Last Update. You Would Think Some Tech Guy Or Gal Plays The Game Daily And Especially After Each Update. The Simple Fact Is They Couldn't Care Less About The Issues. I Have Continually Brought The Problems To Their Attention And Their "canned" Answers Are Always The Same: We're Aware And Working To Fix. What A Joke And A Lie! Buy beware for any Zynga game. I had played Farmville Country Estates for years. After thousands of dollars I had finally upgraded all my crops to gold and then one day poff - its all gone - the whole game reset and I lost everything. It is useless to fill out a complaint form because they ignore it. Someone from Zynga sent me a marketing "VIP" email and I was finally able to get a response from her. But...... this issue happened in mid-December 2020 and it is now May 2021 and there is still no solution - they are trying to "replicate" the problem. There is a data file but they ignore any request to restore my game from the data file.

Hi Zynga. I use to submit a ticket for a problem but looks like its gone now so. I will let you know my situation. On 4/21/2015 I logged out of Poker with around 1.9 million when I logged in the game on 4/22/2015, my chips were gone with the exception of 265k, I'm not happy about this how can Iget my chips back, wanted to play but can't now due to chips missing.

I think its time we all start contacting the FBI and BBB. This site glady accepts our money for chips and then suspends our accounts and takes the chips we pay for. I am fed up ! My account was suspended with almost 400 million chips and theres no proof or valid reason why. I want proof or am contacting whoever I have to including the news media to tell them exactly how this site is working and defrauding people of their money! I am also going to contact an attorney because I want my money back. This game "ZYNGA POKER" is shameless and they suspend peoples accounts just by somebody pushing a "REPORT" button without any investigation.

I was playing my game and it said I was disconnected from the server and then it suspended my account. I had almost 400 million chips. I did nothing to nobody or said anything to anyone. I want my chips and account back. I want somebody to show me why my account was suspended when I did absolutely nothing! Somebody needs to tell me something and show me proof of what I did.

It is with pain that I write this about Zynga. I play their games and have for a very long time and enjoy every minute of it. We were told on Facebook last week that they our closing Pioneer Trail, which is the biggest game played on FB and has the most people playing it, then they decide to shut it down after all of these years. Do you really know and care about the people who played this game. This game is like family when you have to leave it, after all of the hard work and sweat, money and time we have put into it. so why not let somebody buy it, so we can just enjoy our game. I read where George IT Solutions LLC would like to have it. Why don't you give it up to somebody who wants to make people happy and can afford to do so.

Missing customer support/missing FV cash. I am unable to reach anyone, just endless loops of nothingness on FV support page. Sad commentary for what was a fun game, now with all the glitches, points earned go into cyberspace and no one will help. I realize there are limited resources, but feedback pages are full of disgruntled players who have also lost FV cash.
This seems illegal, really Zynga what is up with this? People have fled the farmville scene in droves. When the game has problems i think you have the responsiblity to correct missing money.

Pioneer Trail: Unable to give/receive wall post items. Problems with Refresh/Report Receive/Refresh when tending, etc. Same with Grace and sometimes Lil Crow. Daily game player for most of time Pioneer Trail has been in existence. I do not want to give up on playing game but it is almost a no choice situation. Have had problems for years that I played, but current issue started when the Airplane Mission came out. Need lots of drops from planes for missions and again unable to tend without getting that message. Any help appreciated.

Pl stop all the commercials/ads while we are playing Words with Friends. Quite annoying and unfair to ask customer to pay to have annoying ads stopped. At first ads were periodically but now they r after every move I make. I intend to take device back to the store if this is not resolved. I paid nearly $500 for my device and it's simply not fair.

I have played Zynga for a few years now. Texas Hold em. I tried logging in and have come to find out that my account has been suspended for a violation. I have never done anything when I played poker to warrant this suspension. I would appreciate an explanation why I have been suspended.

I don't think it is quite fair on PT if you don't buy $20.00 worth of horseshoes you cannot contact support for help on anything. Support used to be on Twitter and now they don't even answer those questions, I mean seriously they don't answer any questions of mine at all. My name is Jeffrey Perlewitz and i had no problems with the zynga poker game until i tried to log in and play today. Its saying im suspended 7 days without any explanation. Sometimes i feel that the game is rigged to make me lose so i can come back and pay more and more with my credit card. I have spent over $400 to $500 on buying chips. Why am i locked out all sudden? I did nothing wrong ! please reactivate my account. I had 42 plus million chips before i was suspended for what ever reason. I have sent many messages and will try and call.I have had my account hacked into twice now also and keep changing my password info.

Does anyone at Zynga even read these comments??? The latest update was installed on my phone on 03/03/14. It added leaderboard and stats but stopped all the games from loading. What good is that??? I tried to send a message through the game support link and that doesn't work either. I tried the force close and that doesn't do anything. I really don't want to lose all the games I have in process. What are my options here?

I get absolutely no requests from Farmville. In either feed. News or Games. It's like I have been blocked from Farmville. I can see on my wall all my activity, but no one else can They see nothing but pictures I have posted & my personal comments. No 98 no requests, nothing. In my Games feed all I get is quest information. Some long over. In News feed all I get are pictures & personal comments. There is no way I can help my neighbors, as I can't see their posts. It has been like this for 24 or 25 days now. I'm sick of it. I am ready to quit playing. I NEED HELP!!!!

I want to know why it's so hard to get hold of anyone to help with games? I've tried for a couple of weeks now to send messages and have gotten no response at all. Frontierville doesn't work worth a darn! I'm not the only one that has a problem with this, almost all my game friends are complaing. I have lost out on so many missions because of the issues of the game and am so far behind I will never get caught up. With out our help letting you know the game issuse they are never solved. You need to make it easier to get in contact with you. I started playing this game with it first came out... I get fed up with all the problems and quit for a year. I stared back playing in Oct. and I'm about to the point of quiting again because nothing works right. Please fix this game or take it off!

The only game I really like on FB is WWF, but I seriously cannot tolerate the ads between every game. I would be more than happy to pay a moderate fee to play add free as it is the only reason I even use Facebook. If there is not a way to remedy the situation, I'll have to delete FB because it's making me too frustrated, plus I know of four other people who quit WWF due to the obnoxious ads.

It is one thing to place ads on WWF. I understand you have to make some revenue. But between every move, the ad screen appears, I see a black screen and nothing ever loads. Do you have any programmers that work there? I do hear some audio which I mute. Hire some people that can program less obtrusive ads or I am quitting WWF. It's not worth the aggravation.

Been trying to get friends ladder fixed on Hidden Chronicles for weeks. Tried online chat help and email. So far I've sent all the information in 4 emails and they still didn't get it right. Zynga needs to fix what they have and forget about constantly rolling out new games that are just as messed up. I doubt I'll get any help through Corp HQ either. They are too busy counting their cash and drinking coffee.

I was hacked last week, and, lost my chips, friends, etc. on zynga poker. I have tried all methods to contact support. Either it's "broken", or, the emails I send are aborted by zynga after 20 seconds. Trying to submit a help ticket results in "unable to process, try again later". I had this problem of stolen chips several years ago, and, received help quickly. I am really frustrated. Can no one help. I have an email zynga sent to me for the person who hacked the account, apparently telling them the password was changed. I can't read it, it's a foreign language. Frustration!!!

I have been playing yoville from the start of it I own 23 homes and have spent thoudsands of my own money on buying yocash for items.I was not able to migrate my myspace to facebook even when I put in my secret code on facebook to migrate. I have ask for help with no help.The forum now will not let me post anything for costomer support now it flashes gray and says press to continue but it will not let me.I would be glad to pay a fee if someone from ZYNGA would fix this for me.I have tried everything I have been told to do,as well as trying to use facebook connect. Myspace changed and now when I go to it it does not have the numbers I need to copy and past. I had a large account with Zynga,just check it on my myspace.I have talked with so many people who have been LEFT BEHIND ON MYSPACE YOVILLE.Please ZYNGA CONTACT ME,. Once you put your debit card on these games . They will debit your account whether you want them to or not. We cannot get any help at all to get our money back...There is no was to stop them . Anyone have any advice? Thanks

I am seeing that they are all about the almighty dollar and could care less about their players. I have had Farm Cash taken while on my farm for items in the market that I have not purchased. For 3 weeks I have sent emails requesting help logging in after the new "update your account." For some reason, it prefills my old email and will not let me bypass this. The Forum and Facebook email and password are current. With each reply, I am told to sign on using the old email and then update my info. I reply I can't remember this account password from years ago and can they reset it from their end. I get a reply to sign on using the old email address and update my info. I respond, they reply, over and over. My last reply was telling "Fernando" he is an idiot who obviously doesn't even read the emails sent in or has no knowledge of a fix and can't deviate from the queue cards provided them. Selling my stock because who wants to invest in idiots???

The most recent update of "Words With Friends" version 5.9.0 for Android is not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Note II. The "Play", "Shuffle", "Pass", and "More" buttons or widgets have been enlarged so BIG that the names and scores of each player are obscured from view. And face it, how much fun is a game where you can't see the current score? All I want is the former "Words" game for Android back. It was fun and worked perfectly. I even bought the ads-free version I enjoyed playing so much. Let me beta test a fix for you because I'd love to help fix this terrible bug.

I play farmville 2 and very much enjoy the game at least i did until this little box showed up in the middle of my screen asking me to allow you to download game info to my computer. I denied but the box keeps coming back. I believe that since it is my computer i have the right to say what gets downloaded. please remove it or i will have to quit playing.I also will share this info and report you to facebook.

Zynga does not hold up too its claim that you will get free cash for a game when ordering an advertised product. This has happened twice. Ex. order proflowers and get 80 dollars in farmville cash. Sent them the receipt and everything. The last one was getting a credit card and getting petville cash this didnt happen either. They are lying, and I will not ever order farmville cash or order anything again!! Everyone I know will know also!! Not happy

I see Zynga as usual doesn't care for its players. I am sooooo glad I have decided to block and remove all zynga games. They accuse people of things by slapping violations on them and then ignoring them when you email them. They have very little respect for their players. I am surprised that they are still in business. I thought when someone was accused of something they had the right to defend themselves. I am a very unhappy customer. I play word with friends and it is anything but friendly. The application consistently drops my games and when I try the support options all I get is the runaround. I will NOT recommend any Zynga games nor will I continue to play any Zynga games. Additionally I would like a refund of the money I have paid to bypass the ads in the hopes that it would help solve this problem.

My name is Pat. I would like to file a complaint against customer service. One week ago you slapped a TOS violation on my late husbands account. Well one week later and 3 emails later I have failed to receive any kind of response from you. You would think that for an offense as serious as cheating I would have the right to defend myself immediately and not in the manner for which I have been treated. If this is the way you treat your customers I would hate to see how you treat your business associates. I am deeply upset that you would treat a matter such as this so casually. I have removed all Zynga ganmes and blocked them. I will not now nor ever play another Zynga game.

I need to report a fraud. I believe its fraud to take someones money and then prevent them from playing the game they paid to upgrade. I have bought many Zynga gifts cards and even paid for online credits from Facebook, to play Zynga's online games over the past 3 years. I have multiple screen shots of Cityville asking me to spend a specific amount of game credits to purchase an item and then after i agree, i am changed a higher amount. Now Zynga has done something to disable my games. There have been multiple issues with Cityville over the past 2 years. My Cityville game has been disabled for more than a year now. Recently my Farmville game has issues that prevent me from playing. I have contacted the developers 100's of times with no avail. My wife plays the same games using the same computer and ISP, but her account still has access. I believe Zynga has done something to prevent me from playing the games that i have paid money to play. I want to let you know how upset I am the you deleted my Petville game. I love my pet in Petville and she is "gone." That is horrible! You needed to have a "happy ending" for our pets. Some notice would have been kinder. I just went on my game and it was GONE. That was very insensitive and uncaring. I hope you bring Petville back. I miss it very much. It is not fair. I hope you do the "right" thing and bring our beloved Petville back to us. I miss her terribly.

I know you have players with question,All the time,But this is to help inprove the game texas holdem, their are players that have side program, that they use to cheat on the game, they always win,and If I have a good hand they always fold, After they run the time allowed on each hand they can tell who is going to win, also you have players with one person and two computers on the same table. This isn't going to work, each and every build-able and quest i have, has been reset back to no. 1, After the cafe world trouble this morning where many people couldn't get into the game, it finally starts and to my disappointing amazement all the time and work i put into these quests has been a waste of time and hundreds of spices for me wasted. this is bs. I was almost done with the copper stove, was on level 15, level 15 on the splash with one more dish to finish and would have got the corral 7 ultra stove and captain counter space, level 14 on come on in. level 5 or 6 on gratefully we give. In other words I was well over half way finished with all tasks to very near finished with a couple others. Are you being grateful and giving, by taking all our hard work and time, plus spices away from us and making us start from scratch on these build-able's and quests. I had copper stove shops finished, now it's back to level one, again, I had week, 1 of mayflower finished, I had week, 2 community feast finished, in fact, everything is back to level one, i am so peaved off. my give thanks and give back was half way finished, now it's back to level one on them again. Are you deliberately trying to tic us players off. If so, Your crew has succeeded. I would appreciate it if you gave me back every level i had accomplished before this shut down on 11/29/12, I was so close to getting my 7 ultrs stoves and working to get my 9 ultra stove. I am about to contact the zynga corp about this in fact I am going to. I had the catering missions, Wheat grinding finished, Corn shucking finished, Turkey bowl finished, Thanksgiving dinner finished and Thanksgiving parade finished, now they are back to not done. In fact I think you should give me every reward that I was going to get for all these quests. I have set up most all night trying to earn my new stoves, set here hour after hour every day working on every task as much as 20 hours a day, for what, it's all gone. READY TO QUIT EVERY ZYNGA GAME I PLAY.

Hi I am a regular player of poker and I have been purchasing the chips every time today my acc was hacked in Albania at 3:38 and I was playing poker at that schedule time in India I lost 75 million of chips b cause of ur low security management and I found out that chips were hacked by account holder of poker Dyanai Isabella please block this account dayani Isabella and try to get my chips back otherwise I won't be able to purchase again to loose them like this

I have been unable to play Castleville for over a week. The "saving Game, Please Wait" window comes up and locks me out. Your forum used Thanksgiving Holiday for the lack of response, but I'm an Aussie so I don't care. I want it fixed. The time, energy and money I have spent on this game, i do not want to have to stop playing completely. The whole game is glitching.

Due to your "update" I have lost over $15 million in chips due to slow uploads and flat out just freezing me out. I have been a customer for a LONG time and have paid MORE than I care to admit in order to continue playing however this update has cost me a great deal. I feel that you owe me the difference that I just lost because its YOUR fault for what has happened. Please make this situation right.

Zynga has the most ridiculous support site I have ever seen in all my 72 years. There is no possible way to get through to anyone. They even direct you to call someone who wants to charge you $38.00 to answer a question about a faulty Zynga game. All I want Zynga to do is give me credit for the 5 coconuts sent to me by friends in Bubble Safari when I rescued Tully the Toucan. Is that too much to ask? It only gave me credit for 1 when I have over 40 friends who have sent me coconuts. I cannot move forward with the rescue until you fix this.

I have tried to find live chat so I could speak to someone about ALL the issues with pioneer trail. EX: exspansion plus several more issues. When I try to send an email it says session exspired after I type in 4 words.
Do yu honestly know how aggrevating this is? I come to pt to get away from all the bs in real life and yet now you do not help with these issues. You just do not allow anyone to talk to anyone about such issues.
I have gotten the mmessage twice now that I have violated a rule saying I was threateing or harrasing someone. I was not even talking to anyone I was attempting to play on pt. Not a very good way to handle business and I would so appreciate som ehelp

It is high time Zynga sorted out the constant crashing issues regarding Shockwave. If i do not have a reasoned (non-computer generated response) to this email, i will personally complain to Adobe, and start an on-line campaign to get them to pull the plug from under you. That would not be in your interests or theirs, but the global result would hit your stock values.
PLease sort it, shockwave is a brilliant programme, and my friends have no issues with it, (they are in USA, UK, Australia, & India.)
As a computer programmer, i know that all you need to do is to get YOUR developers to work WITH Adobe, instead of creating new quests, and releasing them BEFORE they find out if they run Adobe.
I await your (non computer generated) reply.
A reply that is computer generated will give me the freedom to contact Adobe, and use whatever media, to solve this global problem that you seem unwilling to address.

I had 40 fv cash sept 5th then on weekend you'se took some away and was left with 32 fv cash then yesterday i signed into farm and you'se took more away from me and left me with 10 fv cash i worked very hard to get to 40 fv and if they are not returned to me i will no longer continue to play zygna games

Very disappointed with Zynga, farmville. I have a neighbor that was a zynga programmer. This womens name was Brandi William. This is not her real name of course. But she has it on her facebook page that she works for Zynga. I have been playing farmville for over three years. I bought a lot of my own stuff. This women gave me 10 Zodiac trees through chat. Those trees has a root virus connected to them. Yep, and she works for your company. I have had other zynga workers as neighbors and they too were the biggest idiots socially. They steal your company products and give them away for free.
This Brandi also hacked my account and stoled 100 chickens from my coop. Yep, you have thieves that work for you. I sent your company emails and they send me a bonsia tree. Of course you have done nothing to this worker for damaging my computer and stealing my stuff off of my farm. I cant believe your not monitoring your employees and allowing them to steal your products and sell them online and give them away. I can see you giving your stuff away because its a tax right off so you can keep your millions that you make. But to maliciously damage players property. Your programmers are evil. Your company is evil.
Many times I have bought those dam game card to only be missing a few dollars here and there. Your programmers know everyone's passwords and they steal FV cash. Your company needs to be shut down. You Suck Zynga and so does your programmers. I will tell the media about this as well. This needs to get out nationally to let everyone know what you people are about.

Like the others, i have also purchase a lot of coins from zynga (through playing zynga slots) and on a lot of occassions never really got the coins. i am not happy and wud like to take further actions against zynga as im sure a lot of people who they have taken money from. we just want what we paid for or our money back. i want to sue if my coins i have purchased or my money back paid to me. i have kept receipts of my purchase..

PLEASE help me. I play Yoville, I spent 376 cash on one page, it froze, would not let me cancel, I had to log off, leaving me without my money or items. I had to leave immediately for a mountain trip............I'm fighting the deadline, as I just got home about 5 hours ago. I had purchased 176.00 worth of items, and it happened again. I do not have my cash, not my items., That comes to a grand total of 552.00 you owe me. You can look at my account to see how much I spend. A total of 6 or 7 hundred just on this theme, Casablanca..............my husband is going to kill me, if he finds out. I will NOT stop spending but this is unjust. I feel you will do the right thing.

I have just been robbed 6billion,800million and ime fuming i was playing i was sat at the table in 5m10m blinds and it booted me, i didnt even put any chips into the pot apart from my 10m call then folded, next think boots me to the lobby with a big message saying uve been disconected from the sever, RECONECT. so i did, i then had 2 billion so 4.5billion had vanished i then rushed to my account changed my password all in 90seconds went back to poker 1million left can ya work that 1 out, i feel like hacking myself but ya know what its zynga doing it there a set of THIEF'S and i want to take further action but dont know what to do... or how to... I have to say this is the worst experience I have ever. The customer service can't answer your questions and its all way the customer fault but anyway I sure you know this I have been ripped off at the tables by the system giving my winning hand to others and the last one is I purchase chip and never recieved the chips I my act. I have save all my emails and receipt waiting for this lawsuits that all of us are starting to build. If they don't I will sue alone.
