I have been a loyal custemer of Lexus for at least 10 years. When dealing with Lexus Of Pembroke Pines off Florida at 16150 Pines Blv. Pembroke Pines Florida 33027 Collision Center My experience there was not good by far My car repairs went greatthey did exactly what they said but when checking out There was a mustake on my bill off $519.00. It was charged to my Debit/ credit card to my bank account. I showed the receptionist the error and they said it was a mastake they billed me twice and they would put the money back in my account, this would take at least two days for the money show in my account. They also stated that the transaction would show Immediatly. I called the bank to see if the transaction had taken place. The bank stated that it would take at least one weak for the transaction to show, they also stated that if I were to get a written statement from the manager and signed and faxed to them this process could be done quicker. I explained this to the receptionist and she stated would not a reciept be enough and then she hand wrote a statement and sent the receipt and statement to the bank. The bank stated this would not be sufficient, This process took at least one hour I then ask to speak too the suppervisor before I said anything his stated (she just made a little mistake). I explained to him the situation and then put my bank on the phone so he may talk to them this in turn took another 30 min. . He typed up the paper work and sent it to the bank in total I arrived at the Lexus Dealership Collission center at 4:30 pm and did not leave until 6:30pm threw no fault of my own. Most off the time was spent talking to the receptionist and the manager. When recieving my car I found they took all my CDS' out of the CD Player even the CDS out of the CD covers in the car. The service I recieved was by far unexceptable it seemed as if I were annoying them trying to get service for my car when I am a paying customer. I dont think this is Fair treatment given to a paying customer.
