Original Comment I ordered a phone, didnt even activate it. I tried sending it back and it took them 2 weeks to give me a return number " their return number system was down". I sent it back and a month later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. I was told they would look into it and and call me back within 48 hours. Never received a call. So I am currently on hold now for over 20 minutes after being transfered because a manager could not help me. He said it wasn't his department. They claim they never received my phone even though the post office verified it was delivered days after I mailed it out. Horrible company. I suggest going with any other company for cellphone service.
