I attempted to take your survey after viewing your newest product he 'Dyson Hair Dryer&quot;. I made 3 attempts but every time I hit submit it locked up and caused me to close out of the window. Rest assured it's not your site - it's out companies servers (SONY). I still want to provide you with the feedback and that is that I am highly satisfied (10 rating) with Dyson products as well as your site. Since I can't seem to do so by completing the survey thought I would just e-mail this to you.<br /> <br /> I am a huge Dyson fan and own 7 Dyson products. I see myself as one of your best sales people because friends and family who know that I own Dyson products will ask me if they are good but more importantly if they are worth the price. Without hesitation I always say &quot;yes&quot; and validate that the price translates into how well your products work. I not only rave about the functionality but am also enamoured by the sleek designs. I love it when someone comes to my home or office (since I own 2) and ask me &quot;Is that a Dyson Fan? It's with much pride I answer &quot;yes it I&quot; almost as if I myself invented it.<br /> <br /> As I may have mentioned I work for Sony and actually worked with Phil Molyneux who I understand is now with Dyson. I recall one time telling him about a great experience that I had with Dyson customer services when one of my vacumes stopped working. I even told him that Sony should adopt that level of customer service.<br /> <br /> My only complaint is that you have now teased me with the e-mails introducing your new hair dryer only to find out that I cannot buy one until September (in the U.S.) - may resort to having one shipped to me from Japan &amp;#61514;.<br /> <br /> There is nothing more satisfying than to have a product whose functionality is what it claims to be, but then to package it in such a beautiful way that it makes a statement about the purchaser now that speaks volume about Dyson's future.<br /> <br /> Please feel free to use any of my comments as you see fit,<br /> <br /> Kind Regards,<br /> <br /> <br /> Lee M.
