Sorry Volvo local dealership and financial services are not of the same quality of their cars.<br /> I am 77 years old and have had many cars over the years, some leased, some owned. I loved my 2018 Volvo S90 T6 AWD and wanted to purchase when lease expired. It had less than 30,000 miles it and was in beautiful condition. The personel at VCFS did everything but laugh at me when I was not impressed with the price they offered to purchase.I did find one on-line with less miles for almost $10,000 less! The only reason I wanted to stay with Volvo was the car itself. The local dealership is the most arrogant group of people I have ever dealt with in all my yrs, even before I could afford high end cars. When I returned the car they hardly spoke, never acknowledged they were sorry we couldn't do further business, etc. The service department rep. is not much better. So much for Anders Gustafsson wanting to provide outstanding customer service and their customer care slogan &quot;Volvo customer care for Life.&quot; And finally why does Volvo appear to hide all their contact information for anything other than a purchase!
