Original Comment My husband and I had lunch at your store in Gastonia, NC on Monday, December 11, around 1:30. We have always had great food and service there until that day. The service was slower than usual, but our server was so professional and sweet. She kept apologizing. My husband ordered chicken fingers and mashed potatoes. The fingers were not as well cooked as usual, and there was a teaspoon of potato. The cornbread muffins were hard and apparently old. We took a to go Peach cobbler. It consisted of a couple peaches with a cookie on top. Not cooked in any way. I called for 2 days to speak to a manager and on the second day, Tammy ( manager) told me to go somewhere else for cobbler. Wow. It is no wonder your stock and business are steadily declining.
