I've had it up to here and beyond with the drivers who can't find a location! First delivery was a king sized mattress pad that was nearly $300. They found my house alright then threw the pkg into the dog yard and it was days later I discovered it in pieces! the only way I got another one was to complain to the company I bought it from and threaten to NEVER order from them again. They then said they would make a one time allowance and reship free of charge. next delivery, not delivery to my house but rather someone's else's porch and entrance that they don't even use. It had been out in the rain for at least 4 days. It was an infrared heater - over $300.00 - and of course after only 2 months quit working due to the rain damage! Now it sits in my shed as I can't afford to get it repaired. Most recent delivery was a pkg of 12 cardboard pet carriers need for a HUGE poultry show in one week. Went looking on line for some tracking info only to find it had been delivered 5 days previously, but NOT to me?!? So again had to go on a neighborhood witch hunt. My neighbor found it again on his porch and entrance that they do not use. HELLO HURRICAN SANDY! Do you have any idea what 5 days of rain does to cardboard?!?!?!? I called to make a complaint and told the CS rep of all 3 incidents and how they keep not delivering to my home as the label clearly indicates #2 unit. I live in a very small 4 unit mobil home park. You only have to drive in the lane and count o-n-e.....t-w-o......and STOP! and if you are using GPS which they probably have access to it clearly will say you have arrived on the left!!! they keep delivering to #4 and that is on the right! OMG!!!! Again, just count.... o-n-e.....t-w-oooooooo......a so called spvsr called me and I gave him an earfull and said I thought I deserved more than an I'm sorry. I deserved some sort of 'compensation' from FEDEX for my inconvenience and personal time lost due to having to make phone calls, go on 'witch hunts', etc. I have working in customer service most of my life and GOOD customer service does not !!! work this way. We would always give the customer something i.e a gift card, a gas card, some free merchandise....when he said he would 'talk to the driver'. I said 'talk'! he should be fired! I asked if he wanted to have him stop by so I could teach him how to count to the number 2! I plan to call the corporate phone number, but am guessing I will not be allowed to talk to a vice president or other high level person. What do you think?
