hello my name is brendell gibbs we have had service with century every sence you have moved to north carolina, we tried your cable service prism tv and in a bundle package and in no way are we satisfied we have had this service for about six weeks, and out the six weeks we have had service men here about five days out the week when we call in we get some techs that are grate but we had a few they gave us a hard time techs saying that they came buy our house and left a card on the door but that was not so we have had to take off work to accomadate the the service tech, and when they get they do what they had to do and when they left the tv played for about 1 to 2 hrs and then went out, and have been going on for about 6 week, over the week end saturday a tech came out to fix the problem he got the tv going never checked to see if it was working , then he left 45 mins after leaving the tv went out we called in again and we were given another appointment for sunday we waited here all day long and was not even given a curtissy call to say that they wasn't coming we had to call in at 4-30 pm for them to tell us that the tech would get here about 5pm so we waited again still no tech the thing about that is they knew that a tech was not coming in the first place, they just could have told us that because we had plains for that day which we had to cancel our plains,so they sent another tech for monday well it is working for now we will see tks brendell gibbs
