Guarantee no one will respond to this as hardees is now ignoring my messages! Took me a long time to get comfortable to text them because i was so embarrassed and hurt but finally got the guts. At a drive thru hardees in Iowa I had an employee ask me if I had a rough day at the coal mine. When my friend was confused she said you talking about my shirt? And he said no, her face. And pointed at me. I have health issues and I'm a tan skinned person....i cried for days. I couldn't even look at my friend in the face after feeling that's all she thought now was what he said. He really destroyed my self image...I emailed Hardee's to take care of this without it getting out in public but they have started to skip responding to any emails and they won't pass me on to anyone in corporate. I'm going to seek a lawyer over this, unless I hear from someone in corporate soon. If you read this and happen to be a good lawyer, feel free to comment if you want to help me in this matter: nothing about what was said to me that day is ok it's awful and wrong and should be dealt with.

Today (11/8/2023/ I was in the drive thru at the Hardee's on Portsmouth Blvd. in Portsmouth, VA.and waited there for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged to take my order. So I went in and my neighbor was with me so we told employee no one acknowledged us and so we asked to speak to manager. Well the manager was the one working the drive thru and she said she did not have her headphones on to take.ourborder even though she said she did take a order but that was person in car behind me. So we just left so won't be back. No apology no nothing and I wonder where she was not to take order. I even called the store and no one answered phone. It's as of she could of cared less. The time I was there was after 3pm. So I'm really doubtful I hear any response so we went somewhere else to get lunch

My son and I went the Hardee's at 6852 Wilson Blvd, Jacksonville, FL last night only to find they only had one person to work the drive thru, cook orders, run the register, take money, and hand out orders. I would call that losing money on what could have been a busy night since it was a Saturday. I tried to call to speak to the manager about it and to my surprise the number was a fax machine.

I ordered a chicken sand which from the Joplin Mo Rangeline location. My chicken was so raw and didn't realize til I had already eaten some of it! I have been sick with diarrhea and my stomach has been hurting so bad! Called the Joplin location and they offered to remake it. To which i refused, absolutely unacceptable! I've been trying to get in to contact with corporate because this has caused me to miss a day of work and having to use PTO that I was accumulating that was meant to be used for my wedding day on April 14th! I'm very, very, upset!!!

I am a caregiver for a lady and we went to the local Hardee's to get a cinnamon roll for her. Picked it up through the drive thru, got back to her house, got them out to eat and they were hard as a rock. This was at 9:50 am. I put hers in the microwave to see if it would soften them up, nope could only eat the middle.
I called the number on the receipt and it said it was no longer in service so I called the number on the local website and it rang busy for 20 minutes. Even though it was only $4.28 I find this service unacceptable. This store is in Warsaw Indiana.

I have called over and over to get my refund back because it said before i ordered online that it was for delivery not pick up! Once i got ahold of someone on the phone from hardee's the woman was very RUDE ! Did not want to hear what i had asked about just kept talkin to hear herself only! I want a refund back for the food i never picked up. Due to no way to get there why i picked delivery! Please someone get back to me so i can get my refund back. Thanks!

The Hardee's in Lafayette tn is a joke! I sent my aunt up there to get us dinner was supposed to be 3 burgers! They gave us 5 which ppl Normally wouldn't complain bout but they charged me for 2 burgers I didn't need then they didn't put the lid all the way on one of the drinks so the drink carrier fell apart. They put way to much food in a paper bag so the whole bag ripped down the side and half of 2 orders of fries ended up on the ground pics to prove it! The food my daughter got was the only thing right but the patty was dry so she wouldn't eat it my patty was burnt and my aunts bun and patty where dry like it had been sitting a while!I have been trying to call them and there phone has been off the hook for 2 hours!!! I need my money back asap someone needs to be calling me! I have never complained on a restaurant cuz I managed one I know how it is but this is just ridiculous!!! Email for number if I have to go up there it won't be pretty

The Hardees on West Washington Street in Indianapolis IN. isn't a bad location it's just being ran by inadequate people. I had just gotten off work and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. I pull into the Hardee's because I see there's only one car at the menu. I waited 10 or 15 minutes for the car ahead of me to get an order placed. During this time 4 more cars had pulled in behind me, 3 of which ended up pulling off due to the unacceptable wait. When I finally get to the menu to order I wait another 5 minutes before I say "Hello" to get someone on the speaker only to be asked to wait a moment to which I responded I have already waited several. Then the voice says "Have a nice day" and then more silence. I pull around to find a short, unshaven bum with a real little man's complex... a little fat man's complex, refusing to take my order. Now at this point all except one car behind me had already left without placing an order and here this loser is refusing to take mine. I asked him for his name and he gave it and he volunteered he had already texted his boss and told him or her he had a rude customer to cover himself. I asked him what did I say that you could possibly consider rude. He hesitated and said "well, it's not what you said, it's how you said it" (Super Lame cop out) The fact is Mr. Richardson is in way over his head...even in Hardees and it was at this point that it dawned on me why every other drive thru in the area was busy except this one. I had a coors light ash try in the car that he thought was a beer and accused me of being intoxicated. I looked in the passenger seat where I had a six pack that had picked up at the store across the street, again on my way home from work but it hadn't been opened. It didn't dawn on me until I got home that that moron thought the ash tray was a real open container, even with the cigarette butts sticking out of it. I've been coming to this Hardees for 20 years and I must say this guy is the stupidest employee I've ever encountered at that restaurant and unless Hardees is in the business of losing money this guy is a walking, talking disaster. Out of the 6 cars he could only manage 2 orders and that's while I was there. If Hardees isn't already desperate, they will be shortly with Mr. Richardson because 2 out 6 won't keep your doors open and Mr. Richardson is willing to do more work to not do work then doing work.

The Chariton Iowa Hardee's has employees with COVID working yet because they are so short staffed. Other employees who don't want to get sick are having to make the choice to leave work because apparently there is no longer a COVID work policy in effect. That is absurd since COVID cases are still on the rise. Sick people preparing food for the public is not acceptable.

The Hardees at the warrior-Jasper exit off I65 would not honor the coupons sent in the mail..And they have a person taking the orders who is half asleep....Never before have this store refused to honor the savings coupon..He blamed it on Jefferson Co Alabama...This store is not up to speed to wait on the customers it has which is 6 three times a day... The food is good but the serve is so slow...

I have worked at Hardee's twice, I quit the first time for a better paying job. The second time was to help supplement my income. I worked 2 days, we could not agree on a schedule that worked for both of us. I was disappointed, as I enjoyed working with the general manager Lisa. The most of the rest of the staff was very standoffish. Did not talk to you, nor help. I worked two days, it has been over two weeks since I should have gotten paid. I still don;t have my pay check. This Hardee's as all have a hard time getting people to work.

I'm never going to Hardee's ever again. I'll also spread the word to discourage others. I'm in Greenville SC. It doesn't matter which one you go to, they find a way to mess up the order. When you try and call, they don't answer the phone for hours. I tried calling another one asking for corporate number and they said they didn't know it. What a crock! No responsibility!! It's my money supporting you,no more abuse!!

Hello! While traveling from Chgo to Branson we stopped at the Hardee's location in crest wood, Mo. # 1505468
The employees were kind and nice but we we found out after we ordered and paid that we could not eat inside, no tables to eat outside or trash recepitals available. Our order took 2o min and we got nothing we ordered. The nice gentleman who was running the counter was passing out the wrong bags to all the cars waiting. Everyone was upset. I've always liked Hardee's but in my 45 years I have never been so unhappy with a whole order. We couldnt return it and my kids wouldn't eat what was given to them (the other peoples order obviously) since the items were touched we could not switch them. Our visit was a complete disaster...no body ate and we spent $40.00

Hardees in Saint Paul's Nc. Has the worse service I have ever seen. Have been there 3 times this week and left due to service. First time sat 10 minutes and they never even took my order with only 3 customers inside. So drove up to window and girl was in back and no head phone on to hear customers. Second time they did not answer at order and I drove up to window and girl was in the back with no headset on so I told her she would have it on to her her customers then they had no ice cream for shakes. Third time waited and they said 3 times to hold on and were 3 in lobby and 3 in window waiting for food. So drove off again. They fail to take orders timely and always ask you to pull up even if no one in line behind you. I assume so timer stops. I believe this is a management problem and short of staff. But management should be working if needed or close down. Have no problem at any of the other hardee's. Thank you

Hardees in port Orange flordia is nothing but a joke. Inconsistent hours, no lites on can't tell if they're open or not. They close at 5 or 6 or 9 they open at 7 or 9 or noon. No longer will I attempt to eat there. The business should jus shut done as they're bot there to sell food. Not sure why it's even there. Jus a shame how the company runs its franchises. A complete utter joke.

Hardee's Decatur ill Corner of Eldorado and Oakland. The employees in this store need a lot more training. They clearly don't know what they are doing. Also they don't know anything about customer service. They are rude and really need to be addressed before this store is labled as not worthy of patronizing. Buy one get one for free is exactly what it is. Not buy one then ask if you can have the free one also. Then you don't attack the customer because they ask where the other sandwich is. You don't reply that you are not a mind reader. Clearly no customer service skills. I like Hardee's please correct morning management,because the manager and the window lady have brought this place down.

The hardees in middlesbro Kentucky has bad service, real bad . Everytime i go there it seems like the doors are locked cause mangers don't wanna do their jobs . They treat their employees with disrespect in so many ways an customers too. I went for breakfast an the doors were open. Go bk for lunch an the doors are closed. One day there open ,one day there closed. They someone from a corporate t come over there an straighten them out .

I live in Piedmont, SC, and our Hardee's is unable to staff this location. I assume they are using what little staff is available, to cover breakfast and lunch, cause forget about dinner there.... I have had the door locked in my face, been told 2 seperate times-at the drive-thru they were closing 6:15pm-. Please explain how much he Burger King and McDonald's less than a mile away can feed the masses after 6pm....good luck staying in business-or shut the store down completely for after lunch meals????

How can you be a grown manager and bother a child..only at Hardee's on Busch Drive in Jacksonville Florida.Manager came to site on her off day intoxicated just to harass my 16 year old child.Once confronted about it by me, of course you didn't say it!! Hardee's in Owatonna, MN has not been able to accept my Hardee's gift cards for more than a month now and I want my money back for the three gift cards I cannot use! They have no idea when or if they will ever be able to process Hardee's gift cards, even though they are a Hardee's restaurant!because a server is down??? I am getting frustrated with having my money tied up in Hardee's gift cards that are useless for me to use at Hardee's!

Went thru the drive thru at Hardee's on 104 NC 561E Ahoskie Nc and the lady at the window dropped my change on the ground. She didn't apologize nor said she was sorry, asked her name she said DeAndre or Dreda and rolled her eyes, if she doesn't want to work, why is she there? There are plenty of Fast-food places in Ahoskie Nc and very close together employees with bad attitudes will attract limited customers.

Please email me about the poor customer service I received at the Hardee's Churchland Store # 1502910 in Portsmouth, VA. I was in this Hardee's today, 1/9/21 at 10:56AM & ordered a sausage platter & a senior tea. I requested scrambled eggs not a hard & dry folded egg that was cut up in small pieces. The gravy tasted like corn starch- not gravy & did not have any pieces of sausage cut up in it . It tasted Awful. I paid 0.69 plus tax for my senior tea. It was in a kids cup & I could niot get a refill. They only gave me 11 hash brown potatoes. I usually get more. There are no signs that indicate- no refills on beverages. I went back in the Hardee's after eating outside in my car to report my concerns. I threw the eggs & gravy in the trash. The manager told me that I should have showed my food to her before throwing it away. There was no on up front when I went back in the store with my take out tray. Very disappointed. I paid $5.27 for this Awful food & want my refund back. Please email me.

My husband & I have been married 61 years. For our Friday night date tradition, we always went to our local Hardee's for our favorite, the third pound Thickburger, using the coupon "2 for & $6". That special coupon has been discontinued & replaced with other offers that we don't particularly enjoy as much. Would you consider bring back the third pound Thickburger with the said coupon. Visited Hardee's drive thru store#1501426 (1327 US hwy 72 e. Athens, Al 35611) on August 8, 2020 at 7:30 am. When we drove up to the window to pay, the cashier took our credit card, swiped it then handed it back saying that our card was not accepted. Not thinking twice about it, we handed her cash in the amount of $15.09 in an effort to not hold up the line. We visited this location with another family that was also told the same story by this cashier. However, they tried 2 different credit cards and still ended up paying cash for the order. Once we got to our destination, I checked my bank account to see if the card payment went through and it did!! I notified both the other family that we were traveling with as well the Hardee's we stopped at for a refund, and was told that they were unable to provide a refund to me. Interestingly enough, the employee that answered my phone call told me that there had been several other complaints about this same issue. When I asked to speak with the general manager, the lady told me that they weren't hear at this time but they could give take my name and number and have them call me by the end of the business day. I waited for this call and never received one, so I called back this morning to speak with the general manager and again was greeted with the same unprofessional assistant manager who gave me a different run around story about how I need to mail them a copy of my bank statement. Tried contacting corporate about this situation as I feel as though this issue may not be resolved.

My order was messed up things were missing as well as not properly made so I called to have it replaced then was asked if I was coming now or later for the replacement I said now then immediately was told I had an attitude and called a bitc$ and told they would no longer be replacing my order. Then I called corporate office and was told there voicemail was full so this was a last resort.

About 4 days ago, I pulled up to the window and these 2 chicks were fighting in the background at Hardees on Pratt Ave/Andrew Jackson Way in 5 Points neighborhood in Huntsville AL. There was an African American male with long braids who was an employee, standing at the drive-thru window and he looked absolutely shocked at what was taking place. Plus, there were pulled up in the line in front of me waiting on their food. So, there was no where to go and I could not leave. I felt scared because it was a serious fight and I didn't know if the employees would go to shooting or not. So, I just had to wait until all the cars in front of me got their food and left. I find this totally unacceptable but things like this have happened at this particular Hardees before. I am appalled that the supposedly mature adults act like complete fools and in front of any customers. They were working back in the back, I just thought 2 female cooks were in a brawl. BUT, I do know they were Hardee's employees. You guys need some new management and employees & frankly if that shut that one down would be no big loss. That location in Huntsville ALABAMA is an embarassment to the whole area over in 5 Points Huntsville ALABAMA. SHUT IT TF down!!

I ordered a SW omelet biscuit at Hardee's in Byron, GA and took one bite. It tasted strange and when I looked at it closer, it looked like their was raw/uncooked bacon. I called to let them know I would be bringing the biscuit back for a credit since they wouldn't be serving biscuits at lunch. I spoke to Contanya and she said she wouldn't be able to credit my card because she didn't know how to do that and they only refund cash. I asked her if I could have a cash refund and she said yes. I drove 20 minutes to return the biscuit and get a refund but when I got there, Contanya said they don't cook the meat, it's bacon bits. I told her I understood but this biscuit didn't taste right and the meat in it was pink and white. I've had your omelet biscuit before so I know what it should taste like. She looked at the biscuit and said that they don't refund when half the biscuit is eaten. I told her I had one bite and she replied, yes, that's half the sandwich. I asked for the manager and she informed me that she was the manager. She then took a picture of the biscuit and went into an office, shutting the door. I find this to be very rude and poor customer service. She came back out of the office and handed me her phone saying it was her floor manager. The floor manager preceded to explain that their isn't any meat in the SW omelet to be cooked. I again stated that I understand but there is something wrong with the biscuit to make it taste and look strange. She asked if I wanted another sandwich, I said that after the hassle I've been given, I just wanted my money back. She instructed Contanya to refund the amount for the biscuit.
I spent a total of forty minutes of my lunch hour driving to and from this Hardee's for a refund only to be treated like I was doing something immoral. When this Hardee's first reopened several years ago, it was clean and the food was good. It has gone down hill in the last year or so. Hardee's employees should never treat their customers as if they are doing something wrong.

So I go to Hardee's everyday of the week sometime to three times a day at least twice a week at the speaker box the mantle come on and ask me what I want for my order and then just go complete a salad and I ain't upset 15 20 minutes every time I go and it only happens to me I know they have cameras and they can see who's where what and this last time the lady pulled up and I waited before I pull it then pulled up and he came in a box and said hello welcome to Hardee's have my take you order then never answered me so when I talked to the window to get my order he's talking about they don't have breakfast something needs to be done about this this Hardee's is full of s*** and don't deserve to be open

Heads up folks Hardee's on mayport rd at Atlantic bch. Ok call me glutton for food sickness. And I want my money back. This restaurant is the only Hardee's around. I'm from the Westside where it's great burgers and awesome customer service but since I've moved here I try to give the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore. Everytime I go they are slow only to get a burnt burger that was recooked. And it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered thick and got 2thin wafer burgers my order was $21.00. I want my money back and no one to answer the phone stores # is off the hook

I purchased a mushroom and Swiss sandwich from your Muscatine, Iowa store today. I almost finished the the sandwich and laid it down to wipe my face only to find something in my bun. I looked to see if I could figure out what it was. No clue, but it's not supposed to be there. I have taken pictures of it and will be contacting a lawyer. I saved what was left of my sandwich and you can tell it was definitely baked into my bun!!! I am so totally disgusted and thank God I didn't eat it.

My name is Scotty Campbell I am from Loretto Tennessee I live 30 seconds from the Hardee's in Loretto and if somebody doesn't save it soon it's going to go straight to crap to be nice about it. The general manager that's working there now barely working 40 hours a week and if she does this because she cheated on her time. Her name is Charlotte she was fired from the McDonald's in Pulaski Tennessee because she would sit at home and have her people clock her in and she was stealing money. Since she has been at the Loretto Hardee's and his went to s*** basically they only have three employees all three of them are on meth all three of them just got raided 2 days ago and the one chick got pulled over in the Boss Man car and got it searched. When we moved in here 2011 up until last year it was the best food ever. We ate there at least 3 times a week now we just go elsewhere. I'd love to get a response because there really needs to be something done

For the third time this week we have attempted to order/eat at the Hardee's on Gilchrist Road in Akron, Ohio. On all occasions no one would even take our order. The employers are too busy sitting around and talking rather than waiting on customers. We will not be going back and plan on letting family and neighbors know as well. It needs shut down. It is a disgrace to your company.

My husband & I stopped by the Hardee's on hwy 49 in Gulfport, MS. I ordered a biscuit & gravy with an extra gravy to have enough gravy for my biscuit. My husband ordered 2 steak biscuits & a large hash rounds. The order of hash rounds had maybe 10 rounds in a large container & my extra gravy was a bowl of the worst grits I have ever tasted & we had to pull up & wait for them to bring us COLD food. Worst food & service ever.

I would like to compliment Leanna at the US 40 location in Greenfield, Indiana. We were there this morning around 7:00 a.m. She is the hardest working person we have ever seen. She was everywhere...taking orders at the counter, delivering food to the tables, helping with preparing food, packaging food, etc. She had a great smile on her face! Awesome employee!

Im told that an elderly gentleman at Hardees in KeyWest in Dubuque, Iowa locked his keys and his phone in his car. The Hardees staff refused to let him use the phone to call home for help. Why would they think its ok to leave an ol join d person in the cold in Iowa in February. I see this situation as an emergency. He could get frostbite or even freeze. Are Hardees employees trained to treat people like that?

Do not eat at Hardee's in Old Town, FL...... dirty, nasty, boy taking orders And handling money then gos over to box up my cinnamon rolls drops one on counter and picks up with his dirty hands.... next roll falls upside down in box and again same nasty dirty hands on my roll again to flip it over, then A red haired women tells him to use tongs and still dropped another cinnamon roll... as I watched I told red headed lady that I didn't want those rolls after his hands was all over them, she tells him to go wash his hands I said I just want my money back and after arguing she said she didn't have to give me my money back.... I left with no food or refund,,,, and had lost my appetite after what I seen!

I went to the hardees yesterday on the Boulevard in Colonial Heights VA and when i got home i bite into the burger and it was so hard and old i almost hurt my tooth. I literally spit it out. Then i drove there to tell the staff and they didnt care! No apology, nothing. They were the rudest place i have ever been to. They replaced the food but the guy seemed like he was acting weird like they messed with my food so i didnt eat it. What a waste of money. This place needs to be shut down. I will NEVER go to this place again!

I am not LONGER a customer of Hardees of Zebulon NC!!!!!!!! I went on my lunch break and placed a simple order for only 3 chicken strips, the cashier at the window told me to pull around to the other side of the building as they cooked them, I was cool with that in anticipation of some hot strips...I placed my order at 1:45pm I sat outside till 2:00pm with no food or any communication from anybody. I went inside and asked for my money back, the cashier at the window stated they were cooking them but the lady bagging the food said they were sitting on the counter ready to be given to the customer. The lady bagging said she did not know that I was sitting outside waiting for them. The manager gave me my money back and she did not offer to provide me with anything at all to eat for this blunder they made......I went to Burger King

I have just viewed your new commercial for the Texas Bar-b-que sandwich. Two scantily-clad women are hardly representative neither of Texas nor a sandwich. The television ad borders on pornographic, as they move about in bondage-suggestive black leather. It is a sad commentary as to the depths that your company has lowered itself to make a buck off lust. I will no longer visit your restaurants and will, likewise, urge my friends to do the same. Shame on you! No one says that anymore; but in this case, it fits.
