Original Comment My Service For Both My Phone And My Internet Has Been Horrible For The Past Three Years Since I Moved In To This House. I Have Been Threw 3 Modems And Voice Repair Never Checks My Phone They Just Claim I Live To Far Away From The Next Utility Box??? My Neighbor Has Same Exact Service With Not One Glitch Of Problems.i Did Talk To A Specialist Today And He Told Me To Use Someone Else's Services This Is Poor Customer Service And I Want Something Done About 3 Years Of Bad Service!!!! I Am Not Happy With Your Company At All. If Nothing Gets Done I Already Have An Order Placed With Another Service Provider And All I Have To Do Is Call Them For The Go Ahead. It Has Been A Long Time Of Frustration And Headaches And I Deserve To Be Compensated Of All Of The Pain And Suffering This Has Caused.
