Original Comment Mediacom is the worst cable and Internet service that I have seen in all of my life. The customer service is horrible on the phone and in the office. The staff has no knowledge about what they are suppose to be doing and when you call with a problem they do not care or show any concern for the customer. I had to miss work and class because of a job that was suppose to take 30 to 45 minutes it ended up taking 3.5 hours but yet and still I paid 145. The person on the phone told me that they were unable to refund my money but that is not what I asked her for. I feel that I should be refunded because before they disconnected my service the modem was not working anyway.
