Original Comment I ordered cable service set appt for Valentine's day paid 119.22 cable came for five seconds,left and never came back,no one called the customer service continues to hang up on me I have no service,they time Warner has my money when I call an office on 600 vine Cincinnati oh. When I asked for a manager he said maybe he could help I started to tell him the problem he cuts me off,hangs up I call a second time I said that was rude he hangs up,how when you ask for a supervisor do you become an enemy. so then I tried to speak again because I need to talk to a supervisor he kept me on hold for 30 mins. Now I'm going to corporate because time warner has the worst customer service. and then they refuse to fix any problem first hand.and they have my money.
