Original Comment Talking to express scripts costumer service is a nightmare that you never want to experience again but, unfortunately for me , it is a repeating continuous nightmares every time (which is most of the time) I have a problem with my medications (10-12 meds/day). <br /> <br /> Costumer service never documents anything in their computer so, when your call to follow with a problem, which majority of the time, is not resolve with the initial phone call nor the 2nd and 3rd phone calls, you have to repeat from the start again and this continuous on and on.<br /> <br /> Costumer service representative and supervisors are rude, majority of the time supervisors has already has a negative pre conceived notion (Prejudiced)towards the costumer when they get to a phone. Most recent incidents:<br /> 1. Michelle 1/31/2014<br /> 2. 2/16/2014 5pm Alicia service rep. Nicole supervisor.<br /> <br /> <br /> express scripts claims they are taping the conversations for monitoring purposes. seriously? for what?<br /> Spoke to Alicia TODAY,cannot help me so she transferred me to Nicole who at first is not comprehending my explanations but refuses to admit it. Never got my 2 meducations that the post office supposedly delivered but I never received it, so she can reorder meds as &quot; lost by customer/patient and I have to repay for them $80. I'm RETIRED I CANNOT AFFORD IT. Nicole states&quot; I understand how you feel but we cannot do anything&quot;. I've heard this hundred times from all of them. <br /> <br /> Due to confidentiality, I cannot write in this post the entirety of the situation.<br /> I have really an urgent and seriously humongous problem about few of my medications today February 16,2014, I realy need to speak from the corporate office. PLS somebody email me asap!!!!!!!!
