Original Comment Samantha Vega, this is a person who don't know how to explain too person that they need to pay their medical bills when she make an offer. I was offered $2,500.00 but didn't know it included my medical bill of $1,950.00. <br /> I received a bill from the medical provider on Friday 29 May 2015, so I called State Farm to find out why and was told the offer I received from Ms. Vega included the $1,950.00 which gave me only $550.00 for my injury's. There is something very wrong with this as I didn't know the offer include my medical bill. Spoke with Ms. Vega and was told the offer she gave me was final and it included the medical and yes I got only $550 for my injury's and it's final, had I known I wouldn't have accepted the offer.
