Original Comment Your website says "no appointment necessary' - the door of your establishment located on Schoenersville Rd in Bethlehem PA says not appointment necessary - but I was met by two girls at this location stating that I couldn't be seen without an appointment - I left - I called them later to ask for the number of the corporate office and was informed they didn't have a corporate office! They processed to tell me that there's a law stating I need an appointment which of course is not true. I clearly expected to wait to be seen perhaps even in the car but I never expected the level of unprofessional Sm displayed by your employees
