Original Comment They have been racially profiling me since I bought the car on the first day of me buying a car they didn't even show me how to work the BMW I was struggling outside to shut the trunk and no one came out and asked me for help. Four months after having my truck my headlight was damn they told me I needed to buy a new $3000 headlight. When I picked up my BMW from the service center I drove one block down the road and the low tire pressure light came on I immediately called back to the service center to tell them. When I drove back to the store they told me there was a nail in my tire and told me I had to pay for it after I cussed everyone out and caused a scene Bobby told me the tire would be free. Bobby was so unprofessional he didn't offer me water he had me sitting outside for two hours he also told me I was kicked out of BMW store forever. After the police arrived he told me that I could not come inside and I had to stand outside like a monkey to wait for my tire to be fixed.
