Original Comment The Safeway on Homestead and Kiely in Santa Clara,CA has the rudest staff. Today when I went to the store and waited in line for customer service, there was a family in front of me with 3 children that had been waiting patiently already, I asked the nearest cashier if she could call for help again. She was very rude and said the manager could see us on the camera and would come out when he was ready. I have already faced several issues with this store from recycling to wrong pricing and each time these folks get plain rude. There are other customers around at the time and they just don't seem to care. <br /> <br /> Please reach out to this store and try and correct the situation. If the people don't want to be there then they should stay home or find another job that makes them happy.<br /> <br /> I would like to commend one person on this staff who has tried to overcome theses Negative Nellies and that's Troy. He is the most patient and kind person on the whole staff.
