Original Comment Planet Fitness on Parkway East in Birmingham has totally declined. I started working out there when the state opened during Covid. The staff were friendly, and they kept the gym clean. There was even a guy that came around spraying equipment when it wasn't occupied.<br /> This latest crew is horrible and I haven't seen a trainer at that location at all. My cousin inquired about how to work a piece of equipment and the staff didn't have a clue. <br /> My aunt called me yesterday and told me a staffer was behind the desk asleep. The bathroom was nasty, trash cans running over in the front and rear of gym, and paper towel dispenser's are either empty or broken. Several people I've talked with and I are considering canceling our membership and joining the new gym in Trussville. <br /> May I suggest someone from corporate go in incognito and see for yourself.
