Our 2021 Jeep with only 20K miles won't start, no powers to anything. It's been with the dealer for over a month now. Jeep Wave, warranty protection is pretty much worthless. Even though the Jeep is covered, no one is offering a solution. I feel like they manage the phone call and not solve the problem. I called again yesterday, for the fifth time and at the customer care rep told me "your program is cancelled" and there was nothing else they could do for me. I called back again, completely different story this time. I have lost my patience at this point and will be contacting an attorney moving forward. We love our Jeep, but after experiencing this horrific customer service, I'm leaning to never buying another Jeep.
