Original Comment I've had a few problems with spirit airlines prior as I have been a loyal customer throughout for well over a decade. I am having a surgery in New York this Thursday and via some late info, I won't be able to drive afterwards even though it's an outpatient surgery. I went to book the flight for someone else and it's almost a hundred dollars more than my price as a member. After speaking to 2 representatives and 2 managers that gave names Phil Foster and Nick Peterson who both told me there was no corportate number or email address and there was nothing they could do for me to discount or credit the difference to keep a loyal customer.
