Airport location in American C Terminal needs help. Cajun chicken sub was not hot, they had no turkey and sandwich was dripping. I threw most of it away. They wiped th bread cutting knife with a paper sandwich wrap between cutting sandp. Sub roll was not set on clean paper. While making the sub the top was resting on bare counter next to
Prep area.

I need to contact the district manager of the firehouse store located in S. University blvd highlands ranch, due to a bad behavior of her manager towards a neighboring store, she did not want to provide me with the information of her district manager, she went to intimidate and yell at one of my managers on duty, in front of customers who ate in our store which is unacceptable

I have been a fan of Firehouse Subs for many years, but lately there has been some going ons that are leaving a bad taste in my mouth. There are times when we use delivery to receive our food. Tonight we (my wife and I) ordered two sandwiches and two bowls of chili. When our ordered was delivered, the bag it came in was sealed. When I opened the bag, I observed one of the sandwiches was not there. Since the bag was sealed, I presumed the mistake was made on by Firehouse Subs. When I called the store for them to make it right, I was told by both a worker and the "manager", I would have to go through the third-party vendor. So far, I have been unable to contact the delivery driver, Uber Eats or anyone else connected with this delivery. Sure, Uber Eats will refund my money but now if I want my food, I will have to go into town to retrieve it. I am totally unsatisfied with the way Firehouse Subs has handled this and I think it might be a while before I use their services again.

I was on my back from St. Pete to Jacksonville and stopped at your store at 4394 Park Blvd in Pinellas Park. After ordering, I went to use the restroom. I found that the toilet handle was broken, so it doesn't flush, the soap dispenser was empty and there weren't any paper towels to dry my hands on.
I informed the lady at the counter but she said it had been that way for awhile. Not what a customer wants to hear.
If I hadn't already ordered, I'd have gone across the street to Sonny's BBQ.
That didn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling as to the sanitation for the staff that use the mens room and then work on making a sandwich.

I was at your location in Arvada Colorado and was disappointed in the service. Nobody seemed to want to be there and I'm pretty sure the dark haired boy was high

When I lived in FL I discovered Firehouse Subs and was a devoted & dedicated customer. I had to relocate to KY and found my closest Firehouse.. Recently I have become disabled and I can no longer get to the closest one to me..
Please consider putting a Firehouse in the SOUTHEND of LOUISVILLE,KY
especially since the pandemic I believe that it would prosper well.
I know I would be able to be a devoted & dedicated customer again.. Thank you for your time.

The sandy springs location is horrible Andrew or whatever his name is is always rude every time I come inside the last time I came in , he asked me what did I throw in the trash can ,he said this is my trash this and that so I left and went to the firehouse in Cobb county which was way better

I'm sorry, but today I stoped for the first time at Firehouse. The store wasn't busy and I ordered a Steamer (corned beef). All it was some corned beef maybe cheese a ton of mayo on a bun that was soft like normal bread. This was really not good at all. You don't come close to a Publix sub and even a WaWa has station puts you to total shame. I've never complained to a company but after tearing away all the extra bread with no content I think you need to know. Sad

Firehouse Subs Plainfield, Indiana did not provide my daughter a W2 form. When I called to inquire why and whom I needed to speak with to get them "Manager" Mike accused me of being rude and hung up on me and refused to provide us with information required by LAW!

Firehouse Subs in Bryant AR is the worst sub place I've ever been to, one of the shift leaders does almost zero work and takes lots of breaks while all of the employees are busting their butts. The food is always cold and really soggy, something needs to be done about that place.

Have been to several firehouse locations. Was very pleased with each experience. I just wish the New York Steamer came fully involved. One store wouldn't even let me order it. I was willing to pay for it.
I love your pickles. They go particularly well with the corned beef and the pastrami.
I'm waiting on my corned beef sandwich to arrive as I type this. Overall I give firehouse 4 1/2 star for service and food quality. Keep up the good work.

Ordered salad multiple times from severna park location and specifically asked for pepperoni added. There is no option to select anything else but toppings and dressings in the firehouse app/internet browser menu for salads. I keep getting told that I need to pay for the pepperoni and that was why it was not on it. Instead of charging me for the pepperoni they don't put it on at all. I would be happy to pay for the pepperoni.

I ordered subs today from the Woodbridge, VA location through Uber Eats. My food was delivered in a box not bagged, the sub boxes were not sealed nothing to secure my food. This has been the worst delivery that I've received especially with all the precautions other restaurants has taken when delivering someone's food. I spoke with the manager and Keshonda stated it was so the driver could carry the food easier. But no precautions for your customers! This service was by far the absolute worst! Never again!

In Greensboro, NC our Governor has mandated wearing masks due to COVID-19. Your Greensboro Firehouse Subs on Westover Terrace has a sign on the door that masks are REQUIRED, BUT when I went to your restaurant today, your employees are serving numerous people WITHOUT masks and the cashier's mask kept falling down below her nose and upper lip. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable. I am a regular Firehouse customer, but will not go to Firehouse Subs anytime soon.

Just had a bad experience at your lehi Utah store. My husband and I are high risk and asked an employee to please pull his face mask over his nose since he was wearing it below his chin. He was making our sandwiches too. He glared at me and rudely snapped his mask up and let it slide back down. Just looked at never dropped our sandwiches in the bag and walked away. We will not be using this store again. Very poor customer service and great disregard for thise of us who have health issues.

I was denied service because I was not warring a mask. I went to the wake Forest store in North Carolina. I suffer from asthma and am unable to ware a mask. I explained to the staff that I can't use a mask and they refused to service me. I understand that you all have the right to refuse service but come on this is ridiculous. I will no longer be a customer of firehouse

Conroe TX store, website does not offer curbside p/u. Called my order in had to go inside did not want to due to husband health issue. Why does no one wear face mask or gloves? This covid19 is still here. Very disappointed.

During a pandemic all employees should be wearing masks and gloves. Unfortunately two of your employees were not. This is the Pharcyde sub on Southern and Signal Butte in Mesa Arizona. Not healthy not safe

We ordered by phone 3 subs at 6:58 and was told twenty minutes. Got there at 7:25 pm and waited until 8 pm to pick up these subs. One hour and I watched these two people making them and they were in no hurry. There was five other people waiting and everyone was getting upset and irritated. This was in Salisbury, Maryland and this is every time I order from you.

I spent 26.75 what a waste of money. On food that was not right.

I ordered food from your firehouse sub company on October 31st and did not get what I ordered. I picked it up and went home and that is when I found out it was wrong I am not going to drive all the way back to get this corrected when I live 40 minutes away. That is what the manager of the branch implied. I told him his employees f....ed up and he started to cry that I was cussing at him and he was trying to help me. Which was not the case, he didn't try to help me at all. I want my money back!! He gave me NO service. Why would I want to come back there when nothing was ready on a to go order and everything was wrong. I would really like my money back. I ordered a large enginner, a large philly cheese steak, and a medium tuna.!!!
