Balley's Total Fitness is a TOTAL RIP OFF, SCAM, DOES NOT HONOR IT'S OWN CONTRACT, STEALS MONIES FROM CUSTOMERS AND THEN YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE TO RESOLVE THE THEFT OF YOUR MONEY BY Bally's. ABORN & CAPITOL BALLY'S HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF San Jose, California for refusal to acknowledge a rescindment of contract. The Better Business Bureau has also been contacted to report this Consumer Bad Business. F.Y.I. 09/12/2012
