Original Comment We stayed at the Huntington Beach California Best Western over labor day weekend of 2012 and on Monday the day we checked out I was covered with bites all over my arms, legs, back, feet and hands. Upon returning home I went to the doctor as the itching and bites were unbearable! I was told I was covered in BED BUG bites! I immediately called the Best Western Corporate offices and told them of this situation and was given a file number and told that a manager from the Best Western in Huntington Beach would contact me by phone within 7 business days. Seven business days have passed with NO contact from the hotel so I again called the Corporate office in Phoenix Az and gave them my file number and this is what I was told: An e-mail was sent to you (which I never received) regarding the situation - they could not guarantee a phone call from the hotel nor would they do ANYTHING to try and see that I would be a return customer at any Best Western. WORST customer service company I have ever dealt with! Needless to say I am still covered in bites and constant itching and will do everything I can to see that the general public knows about the BED BUGS at that hotel and that the Corporate offices of Best Western are of NO assistance when it comes to their customers.
