I had exchanged an $80.00 sweater that I had ordered online in store about a month ago. I got a confirmation e-mail explaining to me that my$80.00 had been put back onto my account and that I had $160 of available credit left on my card. A couple days later I ordered some make-up online. A confirmation e-mail was send and a few days later another e-mail was sent to me saying that my purchase was on its way (mind you that I express ordered it for a 3-Day overnight so that I would have it on time for my birthday and paid $23 for shipping) Two weeks had gone by and I still had not received my products. Shortly after I received my Angles Credit Card statement in the mail showing that my purchase had been charged. Assuming I had enough available credit to go buy a suitcase for my travels I went into my local VS store and attempted to purchase the suitcase, declined. So I called up my the credit card company where the first lady told me that my available credit was $52.00. I explained to her that I paid more for shipping so that I would get it on time and it has been three weeks now and I still have not received my makeup. She transferred me to the VS bank to see if they could raise me limit just for this purchase until they figure out where my makeup is.. well the lady on the other end told me that she could only raise it up $10 and that I would have to talk to the supervisor in advance, so I told her to transfer me to the supervisor. Immediately he started talking over me, not even allowing me to plead my case and explain to him what had happened. (here is where he starts talking about my age, which is 19 years old) &quote; "You're just a 19 year old girl who is getting all pissy that she can't make her purchase today because her credit limit is not as high as she wants it to be. Why don't you go use daddy's credit card and make my job a little easier, have a great night." &endquote. (he hung up on me) EXCUSE ME?! I may be 19 years old but you do not talk to me like that. I have been shopping at your Lucky Brand stores for some great time now and have never been treated with such disrespect. I am truly saddened to now know that the supervisor of the Customer Care # on the back of my card is an inconsiderate and ignorant monster.
