I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH MY PHONE CONTINUALLY HANGING UP ON PEOPLE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PHONE CALLS SOMETIMES VERY IMPORTANT CALLS I BOUGHT THE INSURANCE AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO DEDUCTIBLE NOW THAT I NEED A NEW PHONE I AM TOLD I HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE.
