Original Comment I would like to personally congratulate you on the professionalism your employees have at your Bose Store #364, located in The Concord Mills Outlet Mall. I contacted your employee Deja K. on the phone on December 18, 2012 and I have never received such attention over the phone as I did from this individual. I picked up the item shortly after speaking with him and was treated with the same respect. He offered his services via telephone if we had a problem and I did have to call, no problems this time either and the same respect. I did have to return this item as it would not work with our television and I was extremely disappointed. I was still treated with the same professionalism when I returned the item. I will certainly recommend this store and this employee to all of my relatives and friends. You are certainly lucky to have such an excellent employee working for you. Thank you for your time and I am looking forward to purchasing other items from this store soon.
