I have been a loyal customer for over fifteen years. All of my <br /> family members have been thrilled with their gifts. I have never<br /> had any problems and all my gifts have been on time. This<br /> year was the first time there have been any glitches. Fed Ex. the shipping<br /> service stated my gifts will arrive after Xmas. I was kindly listened to<br /> by the order service worker and then asked to speak to his supervisor. I<br /> spoke to Rick and he patiently listened to my concerns. Due<br /> to a death in our family and additional members who<br /> are seriously I'll it was unusually important for my gifts to <br /> arrive on time. I do not know if my gifts will arrive on time or not.<br /> Rick offered to send an apology to my family members if the gifts <br /> arrived late. While this is a kind offer I did not think it would<br /> be helpful. I instead asked him to follow up w/ Fed Ex and <br /> find out what happened. I just don't want the same thing to happen<br /> to someone else or have the reputation of this wonderful company damaged.<br /> When I find out what happened I will let everyone know. Please note I<br /> was distraught, but it is my hope that this problem will be<br /> resolved. All the Harry and David employees were unfailingly kind and <br /> professional.
