Original Comment The recent decision by your Tacoma Mall store manager to eliminate the live piano music and replace it with recorded music was nothing short of stupid. The live piano music was part of the Nordstom experience. Now your store is not better than Kohls, Target. The store manager in Tacoma should be fired.
