Original Comment While a member of Express Scripts, you demanded payment prior to shipping orders over $150.00 and would even withhold medications until payment was made (although my bill was always paid on time).<br /> When an overpayment to you was made on my account it has now been over three months and a check still is not forthcoming (and my coverage has since cancelled so no future charges will occur). <br /> The same medication would cost me $125.00 with you while only costing $20.00 with CVS Caremark (and their customer service is 125% better).<br /> When you run a company like you do, it is no wonder they are dedicated web sites just to vent the problems consumers have.<br /> All I to know is to whom a check was issued and when and why it has taken so long
