Original Comment century link did not show to do an install that was ordered over a week prior to install AND They sent a written confirmation they would do the install on 2/12.... they did NOT ...TECH NEVER SHOWED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT MAKE THINGS WORSE.... We should become a priority install since the error was on Century Link, instead, they trying to add us to the schedule and tell us sometime next week!!! The real mess is that they did send a tech but when he arrived he said his work order only called for DSL install...ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS CONTACT DISPATCH AND HAVE THE TECH DO THE JOB THEY AGREED TO DO... Seems like communication between office and dispatch is a mess!
