Original Comment Never have I dealt with a company with so little regard for customers. Your pat answer of these are the charges or it is a mandatory charge are unbelievable. I have tried to remain your customer for the past 6 months but you have managed to make that impossible. You even go as far as to inform me that you have no responsibility to send me a correct statement. Wow! If only the rest of the world could do business this way. I understand how you did business this way when you were the only game in town. In closing in case you didn't realize, you are not the only game in town.
