Good afternoon! I am writing to you on behalf of management of Rehana Hotels & Resorts in Egypt. Since last few months we faced extremely unacceptable behavior of the customer support of Tripadvisor regarding our properties. Our requests are ignored as well as our concerns, replies to the questions are not given and many times they just neglected to discuss the issue wit us. Suddenly we found ourselves under the fraud penalty without any previous notifications, discussion, information about terms and conditions at least - just one morning we found ourselves being punished for nothing. We asked them about explanation and investigation but all our requests got only general answer or even without answer at all - just notification that case is closed. We have listed 2 properties already and were about to add 2 more within few months. It is already almost 10 years of our partnership with Tripadvisor and for the first time we experience something like this. We believe that unprofessional behavior and mistake made by one member of your team can be easily fixed with standards of respect and hospitality Tripadvisor is famous for.
