I SPECIFICALLY TOLD REPS I DID NOT WANT A NEW PHONE AND WANTED A REFUND!!!<br /> <br /> I have a MAJOR issue with your customer service. Ive been given the run around and things have been done AGAINST my wishes for almost a month now. The last manager I spoke to (Mary Sorongon) refused to help me properly and even wanted ME to pay for shipping a phone back to you all that i SPECIFICALLY stated to a rep of yours, that i DID NOT want. <br /> I paid for a phone and 45$ card to be shipped to me next day. I expected a working phone and got a nonfunctioning piece of equipment. It wouldnt allow calls texts or anything it was suppose to have when applying the service card. So i called your customer service people and they told me it was the SIM card. They sent me a new one. I had to wait for that. Which canceled out the EXTRA i paid to have a WORKING phone sent to me next day.<br /> I got the SIM card in the mail and put it in the phone. STILL didnt function properly at all. I called your support center AGAIN and then they gave me codes for an hour to see about fixing it and told me to wait another day. I did and they didnt work at all.<br /> <br /> I called again and was fed up. They tried to tell me they could send me a new phone. I told them NO. I wanted a refund and didnt want to deal with your faulty equipment anymore. They were EXTREMELY pushy about me taking the replacement phone instead. I said NO many times before they finally said okay and wanted me to pay for shipping to send your faulty piece of equipment back. I refused to pay shipping since that was not my fault. After about an hour arguing with your representatives, and after they LIED to me saying they had no option for them to pay for shipping, they sent me a label through email for prepaid fedex shipping for the phone. <br /> They told me that I would need to send the phone back and I would get a refund once it was received.<br /> <br /> So i did that and guess what? <br /> THEY DIDNT REFUND ME! They send me a NEW phone! <br /> I called today and asked for a manager and was sent to another manager (Mary, mentioned above) who proceeded to tell me to ship it back to you and pay for it myself. I told her no, that I didnt ask for the phone and would not pay shipping and that she needed to send the label like last time through fedex. She told me no, in a tone of voice as if I were stupid. <br /> <br /> Im DONE dealing with you all in a patient and nice manner.<br /> I will be following others on this and reporting it to the attorney general and think about speaking to a lawyer if necessary. I will also see about gathering others that have had this issue and would like to file with me in said suit. I am tired of being run around for hours on the phone with reps that do not wish to help me, but only help your damn company all but STEAL from me. I am tired of my wishes being gone against and being LIED to by your reps. <br /> <br /> I can now see why Straight Talk has a 2.6/10 star rating. <br /> Your customer service sucks and youre all but thieves, trying everything you can to take as much money as you can from the customer and do things they do not want.
