I ordered new service and I watch the tech sit in his vehicle for 3 min before he pulled off. I called for an explanation to be told I would have to wait another week for a tech . Today I called to speak with a supervisor who got really smart and hung up on me. If this is the way direct tv treats new customers I would hate to be a customer. I'll stay with Verizon they are pricey but the have really good customer service rep. I feel bad that I referred three family member whom has since cancelled there orders as well. Good luck customers getting treated with respect. Direct tv may have reasonable rates but u get what u pay for, disrespectful represenitives.
