Original Comment Failure by employee, I been a member at planet fitness for more than 2 years, my credit card account was cancelled after 2 or 3 weeks I never went to the gym, i went to the gym after that period of time the guy said your credit card has been cancelled I said let me go to my car to give it to you he said don't worry when you come back we will do so. And than I had difficulty to go back to the I called the gym and told the manager to close my account for me, who assured me that will be no problem to do so. Fallowing month of that call I was received another call say oh I have pay my past due even I have more than 3 months never been at the gym and the manager was assured me the account was closed. Last week again was received a nonidentify call about the same problem when I was asking for the caller identification the phone ungup in my face
