If you thing dealing with Cigna is difficult, just wait til you have to deal with Linkia, LLC as there go-between.<br /> Linkia will not return calls, reps do not return calls, reimbursements do not get paid to providers and then the customers end up responsible. So, we pay insurance only to have to end up being responsible to pay providers or we cant get serviced.<br /> Can anybody get an answer to the problems?
