Original Comment By way of background, I am a Verizon retiree that currently subscribes to Verizon Wireless. That being said, I was appalled by the fact that a $ 50.00 Metro PCS billing appeared recently on my Citicard Visa account on January 6, 2015.<br /> <br /> Accordingly, after numerous efforts to reach your fraud hotline via your toll free number, I am now writing to the Investor Relations group to resolve the matter immediately by removing the charge against my account.<br /> <br /> Thanks<br /> Barney Fox
