I had 39" LCD that I purchased in May of 2014. within 5 months the screen went dark on one side. After 1 month of reviewing the case with the call center I was finally told that I could get a new TV. However I needed an upgrade that they could provide that. I need an bigger TV so I paid an additional amount. 2+ weeks went by (could not track shipping) when I received the TV it was the 39". I have been on the phone with the customer service with no result. Don't buy Sanyo.
