Original Comment i have gotten nothing but horrendous service from my metropcs Samsung galaxy 3 phone grom the 2 and a half months ive been a customer...dropped calls....failure for calls to even go thru....people saying they cant hear me or hearing an "echo chamber".....I switched from sprint to metro and couldn't be more sad/disappointed....the customer service 800 line is a joke with unqualified technitians(sp) and horrendous wait times....when I went into 2 different stores the reps in those stores told me that my phone is being "phased out" and transferring my 34G chip-sim card, from my old sprint galaxy to my new galaxy Failed to download my cherished pics from my old phone to me new one....does metro make an effort to accomododate its customers?.....can metro help me? 908 937 6644 account #728072218
