Original Comment We rented a car from LAX with a drop off at an El Monte location - a location THAT THIFTY gave us. When we went to drop off car it was not a Thrifty location. Thrifty then told us we can drive to Burbank to return it. BURBANK really!!! I Could have walked home from LAX sooner then what it would be for to return the car to Burbank. AND they "were really sorry for the extra gas it would cost US to drive all the way there.
