Original Comment Complete and utter ever since the Valley fire (sept 12) i have not had any internet, and then to add insult to injury Mediacom have the bare face audacity to send me a bill for that period !!! Mediacom, you can go fly over denver, ALL the other services have been restored, PG&E did an awesome heroic job getting power restored in record time, they had an army of people, trucks and equipment here in Cobb, but mediacom Don't seem to give a sht about their customers, and i have only seen one truck one time since the fire, total and utter useless aholes, try dialing their number and all you get is some pathetic recorded lying message, and still they have no plan or scheduled time to tell us when service will be resumed !!!! AHOLES, they had better not send me a request for money again. What makes you think i am mad as hell about this???? i will slag the name of Mediacom to all and sundry, actually i don't even have to Somebody has already posted a note in Cobb post office saying "Mediacom sucks" lucky it wasn't me, i would have used much stronger language. MORONS, WANKERS, TOSSPOTS, MEDIA NON COM. Now that is funny, the VERIFICATION CODE for me to post this is SUXZ i am not kidding, couldn't be more appropriate.
