I will never order an item from your online store again. I placed an order over three weeks ago and never received a confirmation e-mail. On the day I placed the order I accidentally typed in the incorrect e-mail address I called back to speak to a rep to correct the address to and was told the system should not have accepted the .xom extension when I placed the order but that he would correct it in the system and send my confirmation...that was over 3 weeks ago. I never received the confirmation e-mail and the money ($24.95) has since then been debited from my account. I've sent a total of 5 e-mail; been on hold with your customer service for over 44 minutes and never received a reply as to when I can expect the order. Since I didn't receive assistance from ProForm I purchased the item for $29.90 from Amazon. I would like a full refund and will be writing headquarters in hopes of receive the proper customer service.
