Original Comment I am writingregarding one of your drivers who has no regard for telling the truth. <br /> I was expecting a pkg froM Best Buy and it was shipped via UPS&gt; The pk was to be delivered n Feb.18,2016 btween the hrs of 3-7pm. I was home until 6:50 when I went to Bible study at 6:50pm. I left two neighbors to watch for the UPS truck which never showed, he stated he was here at 6:19pm. I was feeding my daughter and granddaghter at 6:20pm. On Friday, I again attempted to have delivery made, I was on the phone with UPS at 5:36pm the driver stated he was here at 5:43. He was not. I have waited patiently for this driver to deliver my pkg and waited for any or all supervisors to contact me, again that has not happened, now I'm told that the superviors could not get through to my phone. I get crank call from unknowns all the time so why UPS could not get through on my phone is s mystery. This is totally unacceptable behavior from your drivers or UPS. I understand that this is a union company and not much can be done but we r consumers who pay their salary. I would like for UPS to take responibility for their actions and treat us as humans, not some wild animal. I do not appreciate being treated like a second class citizen. I am a seventy yr old female who has respect for all those that brave rain sleet snow and the like to deliver my mail or pkgs and would like the same respect that I give. I would greatly appreciate some type of response or assistance to rectify this problem and this matter. I appreciate any time you have given to this matter and look forward to hearing from you.
