Recently I lost my tracfone under my car seat. I had just put minutes on my phone before I misplaced it. So I just used my husband's tracfone.<br /> <br /> Today my husband found my phone and it said I had over 300 minutes left, but I had no days. So I added 180 minutes. When I added the minutes it took my 300 minutes away. I talked to Roger the floor mgr. who said it was policy and he would not give me the 300 minutes back that I had paid for. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I want the 300 minutes added back I paid for those minutes and if you want me to continue to be a customer you will put those 300 minutes back on my phone. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We have other options so if you do not give me what I paid for then you are going to lose me and my husband both as customers. My policy is if I pay for something I should get what I pay for. When a company makes us a policy to steal from a customer. This is an ethical line that a company crosses with a customer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I will take this as a personal thief from tracfone and will give tracfone a dishonest review if I am not personally reinstated with the 300 minutes.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Dissatisfied Customer,<br /> <br /> Mary Tipton
