ZenFone 2 Laser ZE551KL always restarts during recharge. And after many hard resets, still won't take Marshmallow update. <br /> <br /> Spent over 5 hours on phone with incompetent tech reps--even after escalated to level 2--no resolution.<br /> <br /> Asus may be a leader in manufacturing computer parts; but their devices are frequently faulty and their service SUCKS--always!
